I need a learning platform for my own staff plus customers and their teams. Can we connect next to all customers Entra ID or Google logins for SSO in addition to our own? Or only a single SSO connection?

A: Inside a single academy natively, Acadle supports only a single direct SSO / Entra ID connection at a time. You cannot add multiple different customer Entra ID or Google accounts directly side-by-side in the settings.

1- What happens TO LTD ,when our Number of Users EXCEED 3200 as we scaling? --Will we have to a set NUMBER OF USERS? --How much ,they will cost us?
2- What in this case of PURCHASING NEW USERS are THE DISCOUNT(s) for Appsumo lifetime Users?
3- Do we pay them once or it is a Subscription?

A: Hi Jerome, great questions - let me go through them:
- When you exceed 3200 users - no disruption to your LTD. First thing to try is cleaning up inactive contacts - deleting users frees up those slots immediately and you can reuse them at no extra cost.
- If you still need more capacity beyond that, you can purchase additional user slots at $10 per 100 users/month, no need to change or...
A: We support Stripe and PayPal natively with zero commission on any transaction. Additional payment gateways can also be connected via Thrivecart, and for further integrations you can use Pabbly Connect or Zapier.
