I have written an e-mail (03.01.2025) to customer support asking them to please store the data in Europe. No reply after weeks. I would like information on how I can now store my data in compliance with the GDPR if no one in your company responds to me.
I wanted Tier 10 .. I was prepared to take a chance as I only just found this on here .. but you have not replied to any questions in 2025... Maybe if you come back and are a little more chatty, I am interested...

Q: Why the questions are not answered?
I am also very keen on the Tier 10 but if the communication, clarification and support is a challenge, I would rather wait till that is resolved.
