Why would so many paying customers—who clearly need this type of solution, as many are now paying monthly for your competitors like n8n-choose not to use the platform they have already paid for?
Could it be that they aren't using it not because they are malicious or don't care about the product, but because the platform isn't stable enough or doesn't deliver on its promises, forcing them to seek reliable alternatives they are willing to pay for repeatedly?

This has shocked their own team, who now face huge legal and reputational risks. By blocking users and forum discussions, the company prevents customers from getting the support they paid for. This self-inflicted crisis risks a team exodus and impending bankruptcy. New developers will definitely not join a company that regularly creates such crises for itself. The main question is: after bankruptcy, who will get the rights to the code and will it be supported?

You never said you would change 100% of your business offer. You promised to keep us on a paying plan, whatever it is, in the Business called ActivePieces.
The reality is that you deleted the plan we purchased and created new plans with what you call new modules. That’s not our problem if it’s so different! If you believe your new features are so new and worth more than we paid, you should have created a NEW BUSINESS with ANOTHER NAME instead of keeping ActivePieces. But you didn’t. So our plan should be mapped to a REAL PAYING PLAN.
Instead, you created a new custom plan that we did not buy. If your AppSumo campaign had said: “Custom Plan only for AppSumo,” I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT IT, since those are usually not worthwhile (like in this case).
At the very least, if you had closed ActivePieces and started a new business with all your new plans and features, we wouldn’t be in this situation—and AppSumo users would be protected by the “We got your back” guarantee. But since you kept the same business with MAJOR changes, we can’t access the 60% refund guarantee! You should honor your original commitment.

I will always have some doubts about Activepieces. I’ll use it and try to make the MOST of it, but unfortunately, I can’t recommend it to others.
