Please can you confirm your current tier 9 is whitelabelled/custom branded? Do you also do CNAME as well?
At which tier does whitelabelling start at?

May 22, 2026A: Yes, white label is included in all tiers, including Tier 9.
Regarding CNAME, it does not work through a CNAME setup. Instead, we provide access to a customized URL for your branded environment.
