Hi AppSumo, just wondering how your communication with Adilo is going; in them keeping with their agreement?

Asking because I've just received an email saying they're going to delete all of my videos in 7 days even though have the tier 4 LTD.

Side Note: Was also sold upwards to their 4K Player service and spent over $300 on that for something which no longer exists: https://4kplayer.bigcommand.com

I have a tier 4 and non of the videos are loading might be due to ssl certificate of their server...support is not helpfull and this has been for a very long time

Is it true that Adilo is cancelling lifetime deals for users that bought them – in another words keeping their money and cancelling their accounts?
