Q: To 'just stop' offering a Lifetime plan that has been purchased? WTH?

I'm joining the messages sharing my utter confusion of no longer offering and in fact deleting my account with nearly 300 video's (that have not been stored anywhere else). Harsh lesson there is not trusting software platforms *Doh*

Who ever made the decision at Adilo or Big Command, needs to consider the much bigger picture. Reputation my friends is a fickle creature.

Q: UPDATE URGENTLY REQUIRED

My account has now been restricted and it is massively affecting my business.

AppSumo please would you communicate what is happening - the time for saying you will update us when there is something to report has come and gone.

Accounts are now being suspended and terminated.

Q: What does Adilo understand as "Lifetime"?

I paid for a Tier 4 Lifetime plan in July 2021 that was upgraded to a Tier 5 Lifetime Plan in January 2022.
Adilo takes your money and runs.
And nicely says:"by paying a subscription you protect your content" as if I hadn't already paid for it.

Q: ¿Cómo es posible?

Paid for a Business Lifetime plan in 2021.
In 2026, Adilo suspended my account unless I switched to a subscription.

Their reason: “lifetime is no longer sustainable.”

That may be their problem — but breaking a paid agreement is not acceptable.
No compensation, no alternatives, just TOS copy-paste and take-it-or-leave-it.

A lifetime plan that can be revoked when it stops being profitable is not a lifetime.
It’s a warning sign.
