This is Alva, founder of AeroChat.

Before AeroChat, I spent 25 years running Stridec, an SEO-focused digital marketing agency. Part of what we did was help e-commerce brands with their marketing - and every time a campaign went live and sales spiked, chaos followed. Customers flooded in with questions about products, deals delivery, and then some. It was crunch time for the merchants, and we as their agency often had to double up as customer support just to keep things from falling apart.

We went looking for a chatbot that could handle this properly. After months of searching, we couldn't find one that actually worked the way we thought it should.

So we built one ourselves, and that's how AeroChat was born.

Our vision is to make AeroChat the preferred AI agent platform for businesses to run customer service on autopilot. Not just to save time - but to turn customer conversations into conversions. As the product evolves, we want it to actively help grow the business, not just answer questions.

What makes AeroChat different?

Instead of simple keyword pattern matching or just throwing directly to the LLMs, AeroChat's engine understands what your customers are asking and moves them toward a resolution as fast as possible. The goal isn't just to answer questions; it's to help customers buy faster and buy more, reframing customer service as a growth lever, not a cost center.

AeroChat works with any platform, with native integrations for Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce out of the box.

We're early, we're building fast, and the Sumo-ling community is exactly the kind of early adopter community we want to grow with.
