The Terms of Service and Privacy policy docs on their site are broken links. Cant use the app if there are no info on the company itself as it needs to be stated on legal documents like ToC and DPA for a company who would use this app.
Are you going to expand your documentation since you are not responding to support emails or chats on your site? Lacking in all areas makes it really difficult for us to succeed with your product and makes refunds more probable.
