We run an online legal education platform, and integrating Agency Handy has been an absolute game-changer for our workflow. From the moment a user decides to engage our services, the entire onboarding process is incredibly smooth and frictionless.

What really stands out is how well the platform handles the service milestone journey. It naturally keeps our users engaged, informed, and moving forward without any of the usual back-and-forth communication delays. I am genuinely impressed because it truly does everything we could possibly hope for to manage our client experience.

Honestly, the only thing that could make this better is a dedicated mobile app. If Agency Handy launches an app, it would be the absolute "end game" software for us. Highly recommend it to any service-based business looking to streamline their operations!

I’ve been with Agency Handy from the beginning, so I’ve seen it go from an early product with a lot of promise to something much more practical and usable. What I like most is that it’s clearly built for agencies and service businesses that want to keep client onboarding, project management, invoicing, and communication in one place instead of juggling a bunch of separate tools.
It’s still not perfect, and there are definitely areas that could use more polish, but the progress has been real. That’s honestly the biggest reason I’ve stuck with it. The team keeps improving it, and you can feel the momentum. If you’ve been watching it from the sidelines or passed on it early, it’s worth taking another look.

I own multiple businesses and use industry specific software across all of them, but Agency Handy is one of the most in-tune platform that actually helps you progress in a way that makes sense. I came in setting up for my first digital marketing client with no invoicing, no client portal, and no proposal process in place. Within the first day I had my white label portal live, my first service package, and an initial and recurring monthly invoice payment. The flow just makes sense and there is no trying to patch things together which is a problem I have with some of the SaaS I use in other industries. I still have a lot of building out to do but it's easy enough.

Overall I think I made the right choice (I looked at several options) and was lucky my search paired up with the AppSumo deal.

I originally bought this deal when it first launched and ended up refunding it because it felt a bit early at the time. Fast forward to now — I decided to give it another shot, and I’m honestly glad I did.

The progress the team has made is impressive.

What really stands out to me is how everything is centralized — client onboarding, task management, billing, and communication all in one place. It removes the need to juggle multiple tools, which is exactly what most agencies struggle with. AppSumo deals are always a bit of a gamble, but this one is clearly moving in the right direction.

Recent updates like improved email workflows, better task handling, and ongoing UX improvements show that the team is actually listening and shipping consistently.

Some areas of the client experience could be refined further

A bit more polish in certain workflows would make it even better

That said, no tool is perfect — and what matters is momentum. This team clearly has it.

Overall, this has evolved into a solid, high-potential platform that can genuinely replace multiple tools if you run an agency or offer services.

If you refunded it early like I did, it’s definitely worth another look.

I went into this product not being sure what to expect, but I am happy to say I am pleased with what I have seen so far and hopeful for what is to come. I initially started at a lower tier, then upgraded so that I could have everything white-labeled, which I highly recommend for brand consistency. I would have given this a 4 overall, but the responsiveness of the help desk and the constant meaningful updates push this to a 5. I am looking forward seeubg what they build!
