Agency Handy: A Detailed Look at Managing Your Agency All in One Place

I like tools that bring everything together without making me jump between a half dozen apps. Agency Handy is an all‑in‑one, white‑label agency management platform that promises to replace separate client, project, task, invoicing, and payment tools with a single branded portal. I work with many teams (including those that Run an Agncy is specialed in SaaS marketing) and they all benefit from a unified workspace that keeps client communication, billing, and deliverables in one place.

I use tools that help me keep client work, billing, and communication in one place, and Agency Handy fits that need. Day to day I rely on it for client onboarding, task tracking, and sending invoices, and it keeps everything under my agency's brand so clients see a consistent experience. For busier moments like end-of-month billing or pitching a new retainer, the branded portal and integrated payments make the process smoother. If you want to cut down on juggling separate subscriptions and present a polished client-facing workspace, I recommend giving Agency Handy a close look.

What People Say
Feedback tends to focus on the branded client experience and the convenience of replacing several separate tools. With a 4.6/5 rating on the AppSumo listing, people often mention that the portal and billing features deliver the most tangible value in everyday agency workflows.

Long-Term Cost Benefits
I see the long-term savings in replacing several monthly subscriptions with a single platform. Paying $74 upfront can reduce cumulative subscription fees for project management, invoicing, and client portals, and over time that difference adds up, especially for small agencies trying to control overhead.

Return On Investment
The ROI comes from time saved on admin tasks, fewer subscriptions to manage, and faster client billing cycles. For agencies that Run an Agncy is specialed in SaaS marketing, consolidating tools means more predictable costs and clearer reporting, which helps justify the initial outlay.

Time-Saving Benefits
By keeping tasks, client communication, and billing together I spend less time switching apps and more time on creative work. Templates, integrated billing, and a single client portal cut repetitive admin and speed up onboarding.

Versatility
Agency Handy adapts well to different agency sizes and workflows, from single‑person shops to growing teams. It covers common agency needs without forcing a rigid process, which makes it useful for daily operations and special projects.

Practicality
I appreciate practical tools that solve immediate problems, and Agency Handy does that by removing tool sprawl and giving clients a single place for deliverables and billing. It may not replace every specialist app, but it handles core agency needs effectively.

Brand Trustworthiness
Listing on AppSumo and a 4.6/5 rating gives me confidence that other agencies are using it successfully. The white‑label focus also signals that the product is built for agencies that care about client perception.

Key Benefits
All‑in‑one branded client portal
Consolidates projects, tasks, invoicing, and payments
White‑labeling to keep your agency brand front and center
Reduces the need for multiple subscriptions

Question i had befor i buy this!
Is Agency Handy Right For My Agency?
I find Agency Handy works best if you want to replace several point tools with a single, branded workspace. The white‑label client portal, invoicing, and task management cover the core needs most agencies have, and paying $74 can be an easy entry compared with multiple monthly subscriptions. If you run a small to mid‑size agency or work with teams that Run an Agncy is specialed in SaaS marketing, it gives a professional client experience without a big tech stack investment.

How Easy Is Setup And Day‑to‑Day Use?
Setup is straightforward and I was able to onboard a pilot client quickly by using templates and the branded portal for deliverables and invoices. Day to day I notice less app switching because tasks, client messages, and billing are in one place, though some advanced project workflows might feel simpler than specialized PM tools.

My tip is to start with one or two core processes, refine templates, and roll the platform out to more clients as you lock in your workflows.

What Should I Know About Pricing, Integrations, And Support?
The platform’s upfront price of $74 makes it easy to test value, and I measure ROI by reduced subscription costs and reclaimed admin time. I recommend checking which payment processors and integrations you need before committing and testing data export/import for existing projects.

Support and documentation were adequate in my experience, and if you rely on niche integrations you should confirm compatibility ahead of time.

Great for running an Agency, go figure!

I came across Agency Handy on AppSumo a while back but passed on it the first time. When it popped up again recently, I finally pulled the trigger and I'm really glad I did.

I've been using it for about a week now, and it's quickly becoming my go-to tool for managing both my client projects and my own portfolio of about 40 websites. It's an all-in-one client portal and management tool that actually delivers on the everything in one place promise. Setting everything up was surprisingly straightforward—clients, projects, tasks, invoices, and keeping track of my own sites and tools all in the same workspace. The white-label options are a nice touch if you want to keep your branding consistent for clients.

What I love most is how clean and intuitive the interface feels. The project board, task management, client feedback and approvals right inside tasks, and the invoicing + payments integration (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) all work really smoothly. I haven't explored every feature yet, but what I've used so far has made my daily workflow noticeably easier and less scattered. No more jumping between five different tools just to stay on top of everything.

A couple of things I'd love to see (and it sounds like they're already on the roadmap, which is great):
• Expense tracking
• Subtasks
I'd also personally love the ability to have separate project boards per client instead of one big board for the whole workspace, it would make organization even cleaner, especially with 40+ sites and growing in the mix in my case. Being able to reorder the task list more flexibly would be a nice bonus too.

These are all pretty minor points though. Overall, Agency Handy is doing the core stuff exceptionally well. If you're a freelancer or small-to-mid agency owner who's tired of piecing together multiple platforms, this is worth checking out. Solid tool, easy setup, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it evolves.

Highly recommend grabbing it while the AppSumo deal is still around!

Wait… what? So this is what happens when a boy becomes a man!

I first purchased Agency Handy the very first time it appeared on AppSumo. I saw the potential, I purchased the highest tier, and crossed my fingers that they would continue to develop it. I personalized it, audited the features I still needed, and waited. Periodically, I checked the roadmap to see what they were up to, and it never failed to impress me how fervently they were working on it. The biggest hurdle for my use case was the 50-user limit. Imagine how pleasantly surprised I am to see them back with unlimited.

🎶 HALLELUJAH! HALLELUJAH! HALLE-LU-JAH! 🎶

Now that the limits are gone and the platform has matured into a powerhouse, let's get into why this is officially a solid option for my business.

The Features That Actually Matter

The One-Stop Client Portal: This is the crown jewel. Clients get one login where they can see their project status, open tickets, pay bills, and upload files. It stops the "Where is that file?" emails immediately.

Seamless Onboarding: Their intake forms collect everything you need. It makes the first impression look incredibly polished.

Integrated Billing: You can send invoices and track payments right inside the platform. Having the money side of the business tied directly to the project side saves a massive amount of bookkeeping headaches.

White-Labeling: Your clients think you've built this massive custom system just for them, which definitely helps with your brand authority.

The Pros

Simplicity: Unlike tools like ClickUp or Jira, which can feel like you need a PhD to navigate, Agency Handy is intuitive. Your team and clients will "get it" within 20 minutes.

Cost Savings: You are able to cancel separate subscriptions for invoicing software, a client portal, and a basic CRM. It pays for itself almost instantly.

Organization: It forces a specific, clean workflow. Everything has a place—from the initial lead to the final invoice.

Support: Say less! Their team actually listens. You get real humans who seem to genuinely care about the agency experience.

The Cons (Let's be real)

Mobile App: While the web version is great, I'd love to see a more robust, dedicated mobile app for when I'm checking things on the go.

Deep Customization: If you are someone who wants to customize every single pixel or create hyper-complex automation logic, you might find it a bit restrictive compared to a SuiteDash tool. It's built for speed and specific agency workflows, not infinite tweaking.

Learning Curve for Clients: Even though it's simple, you still have to "train" some clients to actually use the portal instead of just emailing you. (But once they're in, they will love it.)

Final Thoughts:
Watching this team grow from that first AppSumo launch to where they are now has been a trip. If you missed it the first time, don't make that mistake again. This is the real deal.

Thank you for sticking with us from day one. Buying the highest tier on the first launch and just trusting us to build it out takes a lot of faith and we don't take that lightly.

Really glad the unlimited users update was the moment you were waiting for. That one was a big deal for us too.

On the cons, the mobile app is on our radar and the client onboarding curve is something we are actively...

Magic for Agency Owners

We run an online legal education platform, and integrating Agency Handy has been an absolute game-changer for our workflow. From the moment a user decides to engage our services, the entire onboarding process is incredibly smooth and frictionless.

What really stands out is how well the platform handles the service milestone journey. It naturally keeps our users engaged, informed, and moving forward without any of the usual back-and-forth communication delays. I am genuinely impressed because it truly does everything we could possibly hope for to manage our client experience.

Honestly, the only thing that could make this better is a dedicated mobile app. If Agency Handy launches an app, it would be the absolute "end game" software for us. Highly recommend it to any service-based business looking to streamline their operations!

Thank you for this. An online legal education platform is a great use case and really glad the onboarding flow and milestone tracking are working well for you.

On the mobile app, you are not the first to mention it and it is definitely something we are looking at. Stay tuned on that one.

Appreciate the recommendation and thanks for taking the time to write this out.
