ember_novaQ: Are there proposals or automations?
Hi, Looking for an alternative to Dubsado. I missed Agiled, but Agencypro seems to be a good alternative.
1. I couldn't find anything about proposals and contracts, though.
2. As an agency owner, I value the time saved from sending branded proposals, to the client selecting the services/packages, to automatically sending the contract, to sending an invoice and emails in between, like the 'Thank you for submitting, here's what's next' emails, so will there be automations and custom forms too? It would be amazing if client onboarding were automated, too. I'd love to streamline my operations & create repeatable processes to deliver a great client experience and keep CRM and PM in one place
3. Is there a CRM with custom sales pipeline?
4. Is there an option to get feedback and approval from clients directly on the projects/tasks?

1. Don't have proposals and contracts yet. We do want to keep it focused on productize services but we are open to feedback and suggestions.
2. We only have order forms right now where you can add multiple services and tiers and your clients can select and pay. A related project/request will be created in your account and can be auto assigned and moved to in progress automatically.
3. No, we don't have a CRM. Only part of CRM we have is you can create and manage unlimited clients.
4. Yes, we have feedback/review option.
