Q: error during activation

after i purchase tier 4 , when i try to activate , its display an error message . when i return to appsumo, my account display activated

Q: Why have Image generation, if you can not access your generated images?

can you please explain how to download the images generated on under the images tab under the AI tools. You can generate but you can download or use it anywhere else in the system.. How are you able to use the image generations.

Q: Is it possible to create an app, software, or a script to add on a website

Is it possible to create (oneself) in an app, software, or a script to add on a website using AgenticFlow? basically this app, software, or script .. it would responds like if it was me ... this would be use to anwer any questions a client might have and the app, software, or script would give the answer like if it was me .. is this possible ?

Also, if i want to use AgenticFlow on two different websites or multiple website, which Tier is most recommended ?

Q: Clarifying Cost Model for Multi-Agent Capabilities Access

Hi,
I just wanted to clarify: if I already have a Tier 3 or Tier 4 license, are the prices listed at this link the additional cost required to unlock Multi-Agent Capabilities?

Also, I must admit the pricing feels quite steep, especially given the extra credit per run usage in addition. Why are not the Multi-Agent Capabilities included in both Tier 3 or at least Tier 4?

1/ Additional Cost for Multi-Agent Capabilities:

Yes, you are correct. The prices listed on the pre-order page (https://agenticflow.ai/mas-pre-order) – $299 for Tier 3 LTD holders and $199 for Tier 4 LTD "Founding Partners" – are the additional one-time costs required to unlock the Multi-Agent System capabilities. This add-on purchase grants you lifetime access to this specific advanced feature set on top of your existing Tier 3 or Tier 4 plan.

2/ Pricing & Why It's an Add-On (Not Included in Base T3/T4):

Value vs. Standard Plans: The Multi-Agent System is a significant piece of functionality that is normally part of our higher-tier Business Plan, which retails at $599 per month. We're essentially distilling this enterprise-grade capability and making it accessible via a one-time LTD add-on for our AppSumo community.

Resource Intensity & Sustainability: True multi-agent orchestration (with a manager agent delegating to multiple sub-agents running in parallel, sharing context, etc.) is considerably more resource-intensive on our platform's backend (compute, orchestration logic, data management) compared to running individual workflows or single agents.

To include this level of advanced functionality directly within the base AppSumo Tier 3 or Tier 4 LTDs at their current price points wouldn't be sustainable for us in the long run, especially for a lifetime deal.

Optional Upgrade: By offering it as an optional add-on, we can provide this powerful upgrade to those who specifically need it for complex use cases, without having to increase the base price of the standard LTD tiers for everyone. This keeps the entry point accessible while still offering a path to our most advanced features at an exceptional lifetime value compared to its standard monthly cost.

Credit Usage: The "extra credit per run usage" you mentioned refers to the fact that a multi-agent workflow, by its nature, involves multiple agents and thus multiple "steps" being executed. Each of those steps (for the manager and each sub-agent) incurs the standard fixed platform credit cost, just like any other workflow step. The add-on unlocks the ability to build and run these orchestrated teams; the credits cover their operational execution on the platform.

We understand that any additional cost is a consideration. We've tried to price this add-on to offer incredible lifetime value for such an advanced system, especially when compared to the recurring monthly fees for similar capabilities elsewhere or in our own standard Business Plan. It's a way to give our early AppSumo supporters access to our top-tier functionality for a fraction of the usual ongoing cost.

Over the past few days, we have explored AgenticFlow to understand its features. However, the user interface (UI) is not very user-friendly, and completing a full workflow feels quite complex. Given this, we worry that adding the Multi-Agent feature will increase this complexity even more. 😟

The current user experience (UX) is confusing and hard to navigate, like searching for Nemo in the ocean. 🌊🐠

Also, there is no clear, step-by-step documentation or videos showing AgenticFlow’s capabilities with practical case studies that suit all users and are easy to follow. 📄🎥

We hope you won’t just add these improvements to a future roadmap for voting, as they are essential and need your focused attention now. ⚠️

A: Thanks a lot, this is valid question and we are having a solid plan. Our Product Designer (Ocean) is reviewing entire platform UX include new onboarding flow and arrangement of each elements so that the UI/UX can speak for itself. This UI/UX design phase anticipate finish by next week so that we can quickly handle this toward early Jun.
Also we are working on the Platform native co-pilot https://agenticflow.featurebase.app/p/in-house-ai-agent-co-pilot

My thinking would be we will introduce native AI Agent with 2 modes:
- Ask mode: where it has all knowledge about AgenticFlow (MCPs, MCPs action, Nodes type, Template, your current workflow configuration file, workflow_run log,) so that it can help you to BUILD the first draft and ANSWER the questions
- Agent mode: where it has access to some advance tools like EDIT the configuration file, SUBMIT the execution AI Engine, DEBUG base on the engine

This is not a small improvement, we plan to release "Ask mode" first by end of May then continue to work on this for Agent mode and launch together with MAS.
