When I bought this app, I really liked it. But now, I feel like this app stay in a museum.

When I bought the app, the community was super good. People were talking in Discord, and the founder was also joining us and making a lot of useful videos on YouTube. After they made a new app, ishi, that app was really hard to use. Later, the founder disappeared. The Discord was neglected; no one cared. It was full of trash messages. It became worse and worse., a lot of things they said didn't come true. This app is basically the same as it was early on—same, same. They didn't change something. Even for the AI, they didn't update it that much. It's just old AI.

The only honest word to describe AgenticFlow is Frustration

It's been a year since I purchased AgenticFlow, I invested hundreds of hours on this platform trying to implement agents and workflows, it's honestly a waste of time, so many bugs it didn't allow me to actually work, every time I thought sometimes was working it literally stopped, then I started over and "fixed it" it worked then turns out what broke it before was now working and I invested hours reworking the original agent or workflow for nothing because it was just a bug or a node that had not been updated, so many things that were just broken that did not allow me to finish things completely.

Honestly, I spent more time trying to fix problems that using the actual platform it was just wasted time.

Even during office hours, occasionally you can see the bugs and how the application was broken, Sean was demonstrating a feature, agent or workflow and you can see how it didn't work and he restarted the process or switched windows or created a new agent, all of the office hours are on youtube on the official channel.

A lot of things were not delivered, they announced so many things that sounded really promising and good ideas actually but they never worked correctly or where never even implemented, MAS delayed several times, agent templates also. I am not even sure MAS works now after a year; I stopped trying to use it.

Also, they are promising a no code solution, but you do need code and variables.

It also appeared like the team started to lose its original focus or changed goals during the year I have been using AgenticFlow, they created an application named Ishi and focused heavily on this, it was supposed to help the users create agents and workflows without the need to touch the web application side, this was optional to use but they told us it was the future of creating agents, that we didn't even need to go into the web application, we could do most of the things from Ishi.

Unfortunately, Ishi was also full of bugs, it constantly crashed, it created dozens of agents and workflows, deleted agent descriptions (prompts), so again, a waste of hours of time.

I am not sure, but I think the development team stopped working on Ishi, you can probably still find it on Product Hunt.

I think the team was actually trying to create something useful, but it was not a stable platform, it constantly broke, on several occasions it completely stopped working during the weekends and the team didn't know until monday, this was some of the most frustrating things to experience, I kept thinking how can I make money with this, I can't even trust it on a basic workflow the development company doesn't even know when the platform isn't working.

To anyone reading this, based on a year of investing time and that time being wasted time, I recommend staying away from AgenticFlow.

If there's a chance to get a refund it would be appreciated, I think it would be very fair based on everything that has occurred during the last year.

Seemingly Great Idea, Equally Poor Execution

I purchased Tier 3 initially I believe, and then went to highest Tier (5) when the platform promised a “Multi Agent System” for a special “early bird” price for customers at the highest tier levels…. Well, the MAS was never delivered, the built-in model router for the LTD credit system was so bad as to be unusable in even a testing way, and sooo many abandoned side projects introduced by the founder, none of which ever got cooked from early spring of 2025 ‘til now made this a complete waste of basically something to the tune of $1500 for me.
Initially the team was active on their preferred channel: Discord, but when they were consistently threatened from an internet troll/customer complaining about criminal proceedings for “bait and switch” marketing and failure to deliver on the product promises, the founder freaked out and went dark…. The discord channel is now nothing but a place for spammers. Barely any communication from the platform team, so, after months of this, have to assume the platform will go dark any day…. Too bad. Could have been something…

Hi mscott3,

Mia here from AgenticFlow Customer Success.

Two factual corrections with dates you can verify: the Multi-Agent System shipped in August 2025 (MAS V2), with MAS templates, embeds, and workforce fixes continuing through April 2026, and the model selector was rebuilt in the May 2026 release - every release is dated at docs.agenticflow.ai/changelog.

On communication: as you note...

Plus member, 3 tiers + MAS, $1,189 - a year of effort, product didn't deliver, Plus protection claim ignored

Update (Jul 2026): AgenticFlow's Customer Success replied below, confirming "the quotes you cite are real: stability was not where it needed to be" — the exact period my purchases cover. The refund question remains unanswered: my direct question to Sean in the Q&A tab has received no response, and AppSumo has still not addressed the Plus protection claim. I'll update here if either changes.

Initial Review (Jul 2026): I'm an AppSumo Plus member who purchased 3 AgenticFlow tiers (3, 4, and 5) plus the Multi-Agent System pre-order. Total investment: $1,189. Here is my honest, documented experience.

The product:
After 12+ months of genuinely trying - active in Discord since May 2025, watching office hours, filing bug reports - I was unable to deploy reliable agents for clients even for simple tasks. UI bugs, Ishi failures, slow built-in credits forcing paid external tools (Claude Code, GLM, Kimi), broken documentation, and a Multi-Agent System pre-ordered in May 2025 against a founder-published end-of-July-2025 timeline that still hadn't shipped when I gave up nearly a year later.
Don't take my word for it - the founder said it himself on this page. Dec 3, 2025: "We moved so fast to build a powerful engine that we neglected the instruction manual." Jan 10, 2026, replying to another buyer's "It's only getting worse" question: "I acknowledge the pain. You are right - AgenticFlow has had stability issues... for most users, building complex workflows is simply too hard to do manually."

When I requested a refund, Sean quickly refunded the $199 MAS pre-order he controlled via Stripe. He declined to support the $990 AppSumo portion.

The AppSumo side:
I'm a Plus member. All 3 purchases carry the Select badge. My own Plus dashboard states my Select tools are protected for "100% back in AppSumo credits." I first contacted Support on April 8, 2026 — when all three purchases were within the 12-month window.
What followed: ten weeks, six substantive attempts, essentially one human answer. My exception request was denied on the grounds that upgrading tiers "suggests you were actively using and finding value" - when upgrading was me trying to make a broken product work, the same pattern other reviewers here describe. My supervisor escalation request, my compromise offers (partial credit, license revocation), my formal Plus protection claim with dashboard screenshot — ignored or answered by pointing back to the original denial without ever addressing the Plus protection question.
Meanwhile, at least 5 verified buyers of this product received refunds, and in the same email declining to engage with my claim, AppSumo confirmed processing a refund for a different product on my account — so it's a choice, not a policy limitation.

Bottom line:
The deal is now sold out and off the marketplace. The founder has publicly admitted the stability and usability problems. I gave this real money, real time, and a full year of effort. Buyers deserve to know both how the product performs and how post-purchase protection actually works when you need it.

Hi Anton, Mia from AgenticFlow Customer Success.

First, thank you - a year of office hours, bug reports, and honest pushback is a real contribution, and the quotes you cite are real: stability was not where it needed to be, which is why our 2026 releases have focused almost entirely on reliability, workflow execution quality, and integration stability (every release dated at...

SCAM WARNING: AgenticFlow & Sean Phan - Fraud, Forged ToS, and Severe Security Risks

SCAM WARNING: AgenticFlow & Sean Phan - Fraud, Forged ToS, and Severe Security Risks

SCAM WARNING: AgenticFlow & Sean Phan - Fraud, Forged ToS, and Severe Security Risks

Unfortunately, the entire AgenticFlow project has proven to be a massive scam. I strongly advise everyone to stay as far away as possible from Sean Phan, agenticflow.ai, and any related products/services from pixelml.com, ishi.so, and claw.so, Agentic Video. This is not a "struggling startup," but a documented scheme of misappropriating user funds.

Here are the documented facts of their misconduct:

1. Abandoned Product & Diversion of Funds
The company heavily invests in marketing and pretends to be working on updates, but the reality is that most features promised at the time of purchase remain unimplemented, and what does work is highly unstable. While Sean Phan continuously claims they are working on fixes, the platform has been largely abandoned. Capital raised from AppSumo buyers for AgenticFlow LTD was diverted to develop and launch completely unrelated brands (ISHI and CLAW). In official developer sessions, there are direct admissions that core AgenticFlow bugs are being deprioritized in favor of these new brand launches.

2. Zero Support & False Promises
They have completely abandoned their users. The "premium support" promised for highest-tier buyers was a lie and never materialized in reality. Currently, customers receive absolutely no support—tickets in Discord and emails are completely ignored. Bug reports are not reviewed. Furthermore, large portions of the official documentation remain empty or are AI-generated without any technical substance, contradicting claims of "comprehensive guides."

3. Terms of Service (ToS) Manipulation & Evading Accountability
Sean Phan has engaged in deliberate legal manipulation. Wayback Machine records confirm that the vendor silently updated the ToS and Privacy Policy post-sale, backdating the documents to "May 1, 2024". These updates were designed to retroactively strip users of their rights and change governing jurisdictions. Furthermore, he registered a new company in a completely different region specifically to evade financial liability and prevent users from recovering their funds. This is all public data you can verify yourself.

I recommend staying as far away as possible from the scammer Sean Phan, agenticflow.ai, and any products and services of pixelml.com, ishi.so, claw.so, and all other products and services by Sean Phan, like Agentic Video, which they are developing instead of fulfilling their obligations to the people who trusted him with their money.
