One of the best tools to create Autonomous Employees
I have used many other agent building platforms but most lack the flexibility or the integrations beyond MCP.
Agentic flow truly stands out in giving the api flexibilities !
I have build full ai employees, ai managers, ai virtual assistants running on automation collecting data, planning and taking actions all autonomously with its help.
The Team is extremely responsive too, they consistently educate and release new platform functionality.
The discord group is awesome too, the devs are very responsive and the founder himself takes the lead in answering all queries.

Maybe a Good Tool - If you can figure out how to use it
This really does seem like the perfect tool for what I want .. and it may well be.. But, as I can not get any sense out of the documentation and horrible youtube videos. I have had to give up. There was a commitment to improve the documentation months ago.. but really all we have got is a series of product announcements (great if you know how to use the tool).. but I have wasted far too much time trying to figure out how this all works.. documents dont line up with the screen..some are a description of the tool. not an instruction on how to use it. So given up. BTW, I use AI and BI tools all the time. I am not stuck because I don't understand this type of tech.

Way too complicated - even for a techie like me!
Not only is this product far too complex for my admittedly limited brain power, but it's glitchy and won't work with any of my websites. Talk about a convoluted and complicated product. There are much easier ways to do what this software claims to do. Very disappointed. If I didn't miss the refund period I would have returned this faster than you can say AI. Save your sanity and try Lovable or Make instead...

Everything I tried is broken
Feels like I tried a number of different functions a few times and my credits were consumed, but the tasks either generated errors or did nothing at all.
The promise seems great, but the functionality is really lacking.

Early days
The platform feels a little clunky and the bots surprisingly old school, but this is early days for us and I feel we are just scratching the surface. It feels that this has legs - the customer support has been top notch so far and we are really excited to put it to the test.
The onboarding aspects could do with a better customer journey map. The training side could be better and more questions about what is and what isn’t relevant.
