A: hey there! thanks for your interest! yes, you can have a post be sent to several channels simultaneously - though even if techwise possible, it varies quite a lot whether that really makes sense. For example, Instagram and Facebook - can work well, but other platforms differ a lot (in terms of how the 'language'/audience works), so we would rather recommend using variations of the same post. This you can do in our social media management tool, too: You could have the same message go out to Insta and Linkedin, have it in 2 version in Ägile Ässets with a calendar for each and then use accordingly (I realize it sounds more complex than it is - it's actually a mouse click to create a variation). Maybe check out our YT about that. :) A little heads-up that ref. micro-posting platforms, the platform you mentioned recently had pricing updates that would not comply with our offering and philosophy, so not be available in the tool (it had only been interim anyway). Instead, we look forward to providing connections to Bluesky within the next few days.
So, I hope this helps and it would be great to welcome you in our little universe of global social media management... sunny greets from Munich! Kristin [Founder + Chief Product Officer Ägile Ässets]
A: Hey storipress, really sorry for the late answer - for some reason it had not popped up for us! As of now, it is for reels / videos. However (check out our YouTube channel also) as you can see, we quite often and quickly put in new tweaks if several people see it's helpful, so that might quickly change. (see here for example about the Pinterest addition etc.: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgyk0sy-TK-BkXDl34HHAZg
Happy new year - may 2025 be an ämazing one for you - and we'd be happy to welcome you to our little global agile universe!
Hi, It seems I can publish on youtube but I couldn't find how to post a short? (I am using a mobile version of the website).
I have seen other apps upload all my content and display it into the agenda, this is useful when I post directly from a platform as I keep a centralized view. would that be possible in Agile?
Lastly, in my calendar how do I filter posts based on its attached social network?
A: Hey Sebastien, we're btw. always happy to answer such detailled questions directly in the user chat. :) For now: Overall, as said in other places, too, as the tool is all about handling the complexity of several calendars and provide overview of lots of elements and drag and drop, it is created desktop centered and will be most useful there. :) Ref. posting to YouTube: Just upload the video file, make sure that your YouTube channel is connected and with the normal respective size it will publish there. It will probably be helpful to check out the YT tutorial about it - and if anything else should come up, we're always happy to help! :) Ref. your second point: Maybe it will be easier to check in about that directly in the VIP call we're offering. Let me try for now: You can indeed upload lots of post in one - either via the bulk upload button in the post creation window or simply by adding several pics without choosing the carousel option - it will turn each pic into a draft then. For 'centralized view' you have actually several options: Either the 'brand overview' view - that will display all you have mapped on a certain or several calendars and helps keep overview on how the brand message unfolds. The thumbnails in the calendar view also give you this and I suggest to check in and use tags a lot if you have more assets (do as you wish, like in Evernote) - you can then search, filter. etc. for any campaign tag or topic. For your last question: As the different channels often need a bit different formats/captions lots of people use it that way that they set it up brand A/channel A for example and would see it immediately. It does not filter by channel per se. The way you set up your calendars and maybe post variations can vary a lot according to your use case (for example some people might have a Linkedin and an Instagram version and have those mapped to different calendars). I hope this already helps and as said: Happy to check in more in a quick call to make sure you find all you need and can focus where it's useful. Happy new year and sunny greets from Munich, Germany! Kristin [founder + chied product officer Ägile Ässets]
A: Hi there, at the moment the focus is clearly on desktop, and it will most probably stay that way as it is all about handling the complexity of calendar mapping, etc. However, we get that for example capturing ideas on the go is super useful. So this is something you can do since the last Ägile Autumn release: Each account has its dedicated inmail email address and if you send pics, even a short video, a caption idea there, you can later at your desk polish the drafts and publish them after for example checking in with the overall brand message in the brand overview. Hope that helps - let us know, ok?
Snowy greets from Munich, Kristin [Founder + Product Lead]
Hey glkehr, ref. a size limit: as in the end, media is supposed to be published on social media, we recommend to stick with the usual sizes (that changes all the time, I know, the best orientation is usually to in Canva the settings for any given material - that's my go to benchmark. :)) Plus, of course, upload will simply be quicker with less data. Hope that helps!
Q: Trial started? No mobile version?
I activated my account and I see the credits in my settings, but I still have a big red banner warning me my trial is about to expire ix XX days.
When I try to login from my phone it doesn't work. It invites me to buy some kind of marketing agency packages. I just want to access the website, like any other SAAS.
I saw that you created three accounts with the same email: two trial accounts and one AS lifetime deal. We merged all of them into one account now, and it should be working fine everywhere. Please give it another look.
the interface is not the most intuitive I've seen, so yes this is probably what happened. thank you it works now.
Q: Integration directly to LinkedIn Company Page
Hi, can I schedule a post directly on my LinkedIn company page instead of going to my personal LinkedIn page? How would the connection be made? Thank you.
When you connect your LinkedIn account, Ägile Ässets also connects to all the company pages you have the right to post to. And on the app when you are scheduling a post, you will see the company pages and select them for auto-publishing. It's as simple as that. :)
A: Hey dear emanuele85, thanks for your question! I must admit we're so in detail about our tool, I am not so acquainted with what Repurpose.io does. It sounds as if it enables you to do just this - publish the same thing several times and to several channels. If this is what you mean, yes, you can do that with Ägile Ässets. We would suggest to work with variations of the same post as you'll have different settings as well as requirements for hashtags etc. From Ägile Ässets you can auto-publish to Tik Tok, to Insta Reels and also to YouTube Shorts. And you can also use our 'remix' filter that will suggest material you have posted some time ago and that you could use again. You can also easily with the drag and drop on the calendar view create several posts from the same post. Probably our main intention is a bit different from the other tool, so maybe check out the tutorials a bit and also feel free to drop any other questions also to team@agile-asset.ai.
I hope this helps - would be great to welcome you - sunny greets from Munich, Germany
Hello, I've been looking at the Ägile Ässets deal and I'm quite interested. Only have 2 questions I can't find cleared elsewhere as of now:
1) Is Ägile Ässets fully GDPR compliant? 2) How about storage limits? As a lifetime deal I start with at least years together in mind, and as such space used could build up over the time, especially if daily IG stories, reels or shorts/tiktoks are employed. Does the uploaded content get removed from your servers after a while, and when? What is the limit size per file and the limit storage total for the deal? I'd like to use the service fairly and without getting any surprise bans.
A: Hi there, thanks for your interest! #GDPR: As of now, and to our knowledge, this is not relevant as no personal data is processed in that sense. As it says on the European Commission's page "The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to the processing of PERSONAL DATA wholly or partly by automated means as well as to non-automated processing, if it is part of a structured filing system.". [source: https://bit.ly/40TxTZj] . There is no personal user data tracked in that sense. Social media posts that are published, are of course that: Public. Maybe you are wondering what happens if a user wants to leave the tool. If you want to delete an account and all assets, that is your choice, of course, and will be complied with. Normally part of the charm of using Ägile Ässets (as the name says) is the ability to store and reuse the posts - if so. wants to export it all at some point, and it is a relatively normal amount of data, we'll do that as a courtesy, in more complex cases they would receive an offer for a custom export with structured files. Another aspect might be the shop system: In our shop system (we use WooCommerce so far), all GPDR compliant practices are applied, see the Cookies notice there and also the 'right to be forgotten' (though of course B2B rules apply, anything accounting relevant will have to be kept according to the then current (GermanI) legal guidelines.
Which leads me to: Referring to storage: For context, the tool was launched last year, and we love that you're thinking ahead in such a long-term way. I can with all honesty say that we will always be fair and generous and also keep very close contact with our dear users. For now: We have roughly calculated 2.5GB per user, which is pretty generous and realistic for some time. This might need to be looked into at some point; so far, we simply haven't had the case of this being overused. As part of the idea is "your assets, always" (I hated it to be locked in at other tools) we made sure our users have their assets and freedom). We are also looking into opening the doors to 'bring your own' for a small fee (which then would mean that the assets in that sense would be stored in your own place anyway). As that is a bit more complex, it will probably happen at some point, but rather around the turn of the year (no promises yet, will keep everyone posted).
I hope this helps for now and would be happy to welcome you in our agile global universe of agile social media marketing - and if you have any more questions, feel free to drop me an email to team@agile-assets.ai (AppSumo here often doesn't notify about follow up questions) - happy to help!
November greets from Munich, Germany! Kristin [Founder + Product Lead Ägile Ässets]
Q: Could you please explain Brand Calendars and users?
Could you please explain that to me. Right now i use another tool where i have my 20 customers, each one with its own calendar and channels. Could this LTD work for me?
A: Hey dear Yoquil, thanks for your interest and first of all: I am very sorry for the late answer - for some reason the notification was eaten by the overeager spam filters. 🙈
So referring to your question: Calendars as such are unlimited in the lifetime deal available here (so you could set up 20 if you like to) and also flexible in use (you just name them and use them as you see fit, some people do it per client/brand as you do / some use it in per channel).
Good to know: The calendars can also be 'mapped' = connected vs. the post variations and like tis one can have for example PostVersion A = English and Post Version B=German and then have the calendars map the German version always parallel to the English one.
The channels however have no fixed filter or connection vs. one of the calendars - you can map a post there, then choose from the overall connected channels.
About sharing the mapped calendar with your clients: You can also download a CSV per calendar where you choose a certain time range and can like this share the prepared posts with your clients.
However.... while this might already be just fine, there is more.
For a dedicated professional agency use, we are just now releasing the "Ägile Ägency" packages that include
- dedicated client spaces (then each with their channels and calendars etc, client seats are free) and - (and that is so supercool!) a super agile release process for post drafts. Like this, one can send post drafts for the client to review, they can then release or ask for edits. The commenting works in a very intuitive WhatsApp style way and once released that status is safely put into the status protocol of the post (a great risk management tool). - also, these packages will give access to a (add-on) Whitelabel version (within the next weeks).
If you should be interested in that, check out the info about it here: https://agile-assets.ai/agency-packages/ 🚀 The new agile post release process will go live just this week with preferred access your our other users.
In any case, it would be great to welcome you in our little global universe of agile social media management... and if you should have more questions, detailed thoughts, etc., feel free to ping me via team@agile-assets.ai
Autumn greets from chilly Munich, Germany ⛄ Kristin [Founder + Product Lead Ägile Ässets]
A: Hi there, Bernd, thanks for your question. I guess this was already answered here somewhere, but happy to give this an update. The reason is simply that this is a tool that is meant to prepare and store the assets / social media posts that you usually need to / can use. This can also mean videos to be sent to YouTube as shorts, to TikTok, Pinterest (new) and most often (not surprisingly), we see it be used for posting reels and stories to Instagram. For those purposes it is anyway recommended to use not too big data (check out their info) and/or not too long videos. The 60 MB per file usually are more than enough for those purposes (for example a 20 sec. reel will download from Canva at max. 8MB). For long form content (maybe sth. more lengthy to be published to YouTube) the recommended way to publish is to go the direct route - it will also there take some time anyway (why double that up?), special settings and can easily be set to be published at a certain time/day.
Hope this helps - Kristin [Founder + Product Lead Ägile Ässets]
Q: Could i post instagram stories and reels directly?
Hello, coudl i post instagram stories and reels directly from Âgile Assets? Does your platform includes Telegram and whatsapp?, how about facebook groups?
A: Hey dear Yoquil, thanks for your interest! Yes, absolutely can you post stories and reels directly from Ägile Ässets. You can also pre-schedule and have them auto-published. Plus, you can prep them in Canva, connect your account and import them directly, also several at once. And/or you could send short video snippets plus a picture for the cover pic via email to your dedicated email in Ägile Ässets, it will be turned into a draft and you can proceed from there. :) (more info about the latter two here in the blog article about our recent 🍁✨ "Ägile Autumn" release: https://bit.ly/ae_autumn24
I hope this helps - would be great to welcome you in our little global universe of agile social media management. :)
Autumn greets from Munich, Germany Kristin [Founder + Product Lead Ägile Ässets]
Thank you Kristin. I have another question, now regarding Brand Calendars and users.
Could you please explain that to me. Right now i use another tool where i have my 20 customers, each one with its own calendar and channels. Could this LTD work for me?
Q: Does this Cosmopolitan plan include Agency features like Client Spaces?
In your response to another question, you mentioned that AA is built to manage multiple clients/brands. Please confirm.
A: Hi Thomas512, thanks for your question and interest. This lifetime deal offered here refers to the Cosmopolitan plan that otherwise will be sold as a monthly subscription on our website. In this Cosmopolitan plan you CAN easily manage several brands (and if you like to, clients). You can do so by giving each calendar one brand focus, you can also share the mapped out calendar then (and its posts) with a downloaded csv (or in a meeting obviously. You can tag posts by brand and filter and organize by it, etc. So, yes, managing several brands can be done here and will work best with a combo of calendarperbrand, tags per brand, like this the brand overview works great (see also our youtube). Over time for example all the channel additions (Tik Tok, YouTube, now Pinterest) have simply been added there generously.
At the same time, this is NOT the plan for agency professionals that overall allows for more complexity/space AND dedicated client spaces / client management. This is the case in the new (NOT offered here) agency packages - please find more info here: https://bit.ly/ae_agencies. This plan is dedicated to professional agency usage and will shortly include also a release process for posts with clients as well as offer access to a whitelabel version soon. Feel free to check it out and if that is a good match, sign up for it there (link over there). You can also (see my other info post here) always go for a free trial first. In that case, once you buy the LT deal here, either set it up freshly or give us a quick heads-up at team@agile-assets.ai if you'd like us to transfer what you have already set up.
Btw. this LT deal,, as well as the Cosmopolitan,, are LOADED with goodness in. The. Meanwhile, Pinterest can be used with auto publish since the Ägile Autumn release; there is a massive efficiency enhancing Canva in-depth connection, and you can even email your draft ideas to your Ägile Ässets account incl. pics from your smartphone etc. For details about the autumn release check this out: https://bit.ly/ae_autumn24
So, all in all: If someone either has several brands in the same company or still a small agency operation, Cosmopolitan / the LT deal here will do just fine, if someone is up for more, we would recommend checking out the bigger package. Still: The main look and feel will be the same, so the free trial or the LT deal here might still be a good point to get started from.
Hope that helped - let me know if you have any other question. Would be great to welcome you to our little global universe of agile social media management -
A: Hey CleverMac, thanks for your interest and that good question! Most of all, it has what we call the 'brand overview' where you can see per posting calendar the mapped (=planned) and published posts in one clutter-free timeline. Like this, you can easily zoom out and make sure that the overall story, look and feel defined on the brand strategy level are adhered to over time (setting up a strategy is easy, but discipline in execution is crucial). This is already very useful for only one brand to make sure you have a good balance and sequencing in the overall story, it becomes even more decisive if you handle several brands. For example: We have on our agency part of our business clients who have several brands roughly around the same topic (finance) but different positioning and audiences - and for them, for example, this is really helpful to make sure each of them stays on its own 'territory'. That is the most obvious functionality and one I had at the top of my very own wishlist when we built it (you might have read that we basically built it, in the beginning, to help with our own use cases as a brand agency doing social media for our clients as well as ourselves). What is also helping to stay 'on brand' is that per calendar and/or across calendars, you can visually mark up campaigns and content pillars (for example, 'post about leadership each Thursday'), and this makes sure the story unfolds as defined in the brand's content strategy.
Hope this helps (let me know, ok?), also happy to help with any other question you might have. And, of course, would be great to welcome you in our little global universe of agile social media management - autumn greets from Munich, Germany
Kristin Reinbach [Founder + Product Lead Ägile Ässets]
I want to know if there is the option to manage my clients brands (I only need to schedule monthly posts) let's say I make 3 calendar 1 for each client where I can put all his posts (Text + Video or Text+Image(s) ) and connect all socials and choose on which social media I post each post . I only need the scheduling feature, especially the bulk upload. Is that possible or not ?
A: Hi there F.Pro, thanks for your question and interest. That is exactly what it is built for. :) You could also create variations of their posts (let's say for Linkedin vs. Instagram) but you totally can also not use that feature. And for the bulk upload, we got the 'normal' one, with a CSV, and now coming up this week the in-depth canva integration which means you can import several post layouts from there directly at the same time. There IS an even more fancy agency version of Ägile Ässets, but from how you describe it, you should be totally fine with the LT deal offered here.
Would be great to welcome you in our little universe of agile social media management - autumn greets from Munich. Germany! 🍁🥨 ⛰
Hey, perfect, that way I can manage all my clients socials at one place, thanks for the clarification. I only need to know how many clients can I have , how many posts can I have ? also is the media stored on your server and then pushed to the social medias? what will be the difference in the agency product ?
Q: questions
Hi!
1-If I manage, for example, 4 brands, do I have a unified inbox where I receive comments and messages from all the brands? 2-Do you have an app to post and reply to messages?
A: Hi Gaston, thanks for your question. No, the tool does not have a unified inbox (we have noted that this might be an interesting feature for you dear users, and are looking into it). And that also means that there is no app in that sense, as it is all about managing the complexity of stuff, we have focussed on it to work best as dashboard application. What you will shortly be able to do however, is to send post ideas to your dedicated email address and it will turn it into a ready to use draft - amazing for all those moments 'under the shower' (nah, but you know: on the airplane etc.). where you have an idea, but are not necessarily online or have the dashboard version available. Hope that helps and would be great to have you in our little universe of agile social media marketing! Greets from Bad Tölz / the Bavarian mountains today Kristin [Founder + Product Lead Ägile Ässets]
I can manage without the app, but I’m still a bit surprised there’s no unified inbox. Centralizing comments and responses is just as important as centralizing posting, at least for me. It would really complete the tool. I hope this feature is added soon, as it would make a big difference in my decision to purchase.
Hi Gaston, it's good to know that this matters to you; it is always a question of which problem a product aims to solve. At the moment, the focus is very much on enabling you, dear marketers, with the ability to handle lots of channels and brands and (for lots of users) several languages even... :) I see the complexity reduction potential in this, too. We'll keep you posted!
Q: Hi, what exactly does this mean '4 post variations (can be languages, channels,...)'? Thanks
A: Hey dear Gaston, thanks for your interest! This means that you can have four variations per post, whether that might be language versions or channel versions or a combination.
💡 For example, you might communicate with your audience in English and in French and in our tool, you could have two language versions for that post stored and easy to be published.
If you use it for language versions, you can 'map' those vs. the calendars you set up - for example one calendar for the French posts and one for the English ones. They will then automatically be mapped there, too, if you add the English version to the English calendar, it will add the French version to the French calendar.
Variations can also be used for channel variations. For example, one might want to basically post the same message to Linkedin and Instagram, but for Linkedin with a longer caption and just a few hashtags and for Insta with a shorter caption and lots of hashtags. You can also use the variations for this.
Or you combine it -"Variation 1 - EN for Insta" "Variation 2 FR for Insta" etc. That is totally agile and up to you and how your brand(s) work.
For the variations, you can also download a whole bunch of English posts as a CSV sheet, add the other language version, bulk upload again (for example after your translation partner has added them there). It looks relatively simple in the tool, but is really powerful for anything international and/or multi channel.
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any more questions. We're real humans here and always happy to help!
Would be great to welcome you in our little universe of agile social media marketing...
Greets from a rainy Munich, Germany! Kristin [Founder + Product Lead Ägile Ässets]
Great to see you on AppSumo. I am interested in this package as mentioned as a response to another question: https://agile-assets.ai/agency-packages/ Is the above mentioned Beta Agency package only available on your website? Not on AppSumo now or maybe in the future? Concerning Beta Agency calendars: Will calendars be tied to single brand name X or can I develop a brand calendar for posting based upon brand and language requirements? Example Brand X English, Brand x Spanish, Brand x German 2) I am focused on multiple languages for outreach for several companies as an Agency. What languages do you support now and what languages are on your roadmap? 3) I am also concerned about storage limitations as the brands I mange grow with multiple postings for each brand. Will there be a limit per month or storage solutions in the future? Thank You
A: Hi dear Chere_AI :) Thanks for your interest and your questions. - yes, this package is already available and, yes, only directly there (I would not per se say it's never going to be on AppSumo, but not so likely simply due to the sheer package size/ price point). => As it is still on beta, just check out the info there, and feel free to sign up or if you'd like to check in directly, or book a call with me to answer your questions: https://calendly.com/o8-digitalagency/kaffee-mit-kristin - ref. the calendars: you can set them up any way you want. I myself like to have them per brand and similar channels (for example brand A, FB + Insta), some people do it only per brand and/or in a multilingual set up, it will be great to set it up per brand and language. That is great because it allows you to make the best use of the different language versions you can set up per post and then have them automatically mapped to the calendars. The structure then would be: Brand A/Spanish, Brand A/English etc. Overall: Really agile.. as our business as marketers asks us to be. :) 2) So, for the posts you can set up variations according to the plan you use and then be super efficient about them. You can download 10 posts in English for example, have the translation added to the CSV; then bulk upload the versions - like a breeze. Ref. the 'outreach' you mention... I would assume this mean social media posts here... 3) Storage limitations... yes, I get why one would think about that. Please check out the (really! ;)) detailed sheet in the agency package page ref. this - overall our take is to keep it generous but mutually fair. At the moment, it sounds as if the agency package could indeed be a good fit for you, at the same time, there is absolutely no need to overcommit - feel free to get the free trial on our page and/or the AppSumo deal first (we'd be happy to look into a counter compensation if you'd head on to the bigger agency package later).
I hope that helps - please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions. Would be great to welcome you in our ägile universe of great brand building on social media....
Autumn greets from Munich Kristin [Founder + Product Lead Ägile Ässets.
Thank you Kristin, I purchased the package on AppSumo and will approach the offer as to learn more about Agile Assets. I love the light artistic feel to the website that you have created. Looking forward to growth within the Agile Universe, just the tool I have been looking for.
Q: Limiting access to users
Can I create a user that only has access to the specific management of a brand without being able to see what I publish or etc. with a different brand?
The more complete solution for this use case is the new agency product: https://agile-assets.ai/agency-packages/ This will allow you to create separate spaces for each company/client and work on a different level.
Would be great to have you there - and happy to help with any other questions that might be coming up!

How many posts, for how many brands, and how far in advance can I schedule with this tool? Also, can I give my clients access to only the messages so they can reply directly?
"How many posts, for how many brands, and how far in advance can I schedule with this tool?" We don't have real limit on posts, but we strongly encourage everyone to follow our fair-use policy to keep Ägile Ässets safe for everyone. You can add as many brands/calendars as you want, also, however far in the future as you want. The more complete solution for this use case is the new agency product: https://agile-assets.ai/agency-packages/ This will allow you to create separate spaces for each company/client and work on a different level.
"Also, can I give my clients access to only the messages so they can reply directly?" We don't currently support this feature. But, as always, we look for ways to improve Ägile Ässets.
Would be great to have you there - and happy to help with any other questions that might be coming up!

Hi Gaston, sorry for the late reply, FYI: we do not get a ping about answers to our answers. ;) Ref. both topics, I am not sure what exactly that refers to (maybe check again my answer and the feature list), and if still unclear, feel free to email us at team@agile-assets.ai. I'm happy to help there - here the answer space is very restricted! :)
Q: simultaneous posting multiple socials?
Hello! Am I able to create a post for X for example, and have it post to LinkedIn at the same time without having to recreate the post? Thank you!
KReinbach
Jan 10, 2025A: hey there! thanks for your interest! yes, you can have a post be sent to several channels simultaneously - though even if techwise possible, it varies quite a lot whether that really makes sense.

Q: Publishing shorts on YouTube?
Hi,
It seems I can publish on youtube but I couldn't find how to post a short? (I am using a mobile version of the website).
I have seen other apps upload all my content and display it into the agenda, this is useful when I post directly from a platform as I keep a centralized view. would that be possible in Agile?
Lastly, in my calendar how do I filter posts based on its attached social network?
Thank you
KReinbach
Dec 31, 2024A: Hey Sebastien, we're btw. always happy to answer such detailled questions directly in the user chat. :) For now: Overall, as said in other places, too, as the tool is all about handling the complexity of several calendars and provide overview of lots of elements and drag and drop, it is created desktop centered and will be most useful there. :)
Ref. posting to YouTube: Just upload the video file, make sure that your YouTube channel is connected and with the normal respective size it will publish there. It will probably be helpful to check out the YT tutorial about it - and if anything else should come up, we're always happy to help! :)
Ref. your second point: Maybe it will be easier to check in about that directly in the VIP call we're offering.

Q: Are there plans to get a responsive version running?
Or a native app besides the web app. That would help a lot to create content on the go.
KReinbach
Dec 9, 2024A: Hi there, at the moment the focus is clearly on desktop, and it will most probably stay that way as it is all about handling the complexity of calendar mapping, etc.

Thanks, I will try that! Is there a image/video size limit?
Thank you

Dec 25, 2024A: Hi dear Sebastien,
Happy holidays and welcome to Ägile Ässets.
I saw that you created three accounts with the same email: two trial accounts and one AS lifetime deal. We merged all of them into one account now, and it should be working fine everywhere. Please give it another look.
Please feel free to reach out at any time :)

Q: Integration directly to LinkedIn Company Page
Hi, can I schedule a post directly on my LinkedIn company page instead of going to my personal LinkedIn page? How would the connection be made? Thank you.
KReinbach
Dec 25, 2024A: Hi there slcc555,
Thanks for reaching out.
When you connect your LinkedIn account, Ägile Ässets also connects to all the company pages you have the right to post to. And on the app when you are scheduling a post, you will see the company pages and select them for auto-publishing. It's as simple as that. :)
Please feel free to reach out any time.

Q: Can i use it like Repurpose.io?
Can i use Agile Assets for post automatically the same post in IG reel, TT, and YT shorts?
KReinbach
Nov 27, 2024A: Hey dear emanuele85, thanks for your question!

Q: GDPR and Storage
Hello,
I've been looking at the Ägile Ässets deal and I'm quite interested.
Thanks, have a great day.
KReinbach
Nov 18, 2024A: Hi there, thanks for your interest!
Which leads me to:
Referring to storage: For context, the tool was launched last year, and we love that you're thinking ahead in such a long-term way.

Q: Could you please explain Brand Calendars and users?
Could you please explain that to me.
Right now i use another tool where i have my 20 customers, each one with its own calendar and channels. Could this LTD work for me?
KReinbach
Nov 12, 2024A: Hey dear Yoquil, thanks for your interest and first of all: I am very sorry for the late answer - for some reason the notification was eaten by the overeager spam filters. 🙈
So referring to your question:
Calendars as such are unlimited in the lifetime deal available here (so you could set up 20 if you like to) and also flexible in use (you just name them and use them as you see fit, some people do it per client/brand as you do / some use it in per channel).
- dedicated client spaces (then each with their channels and calendars etc, client seats are free) and
- (and that is so supercool!) a super agile release process for post drafts.
If you should be interested in that, check out the info about it here: https://agile-assets.ai/agency-packages/
🚀 The new agile post release process will go live just this week with preferred access your our other users.
In any case, it would be great to welcome you in our little global universe of agile social media management... and if you should have more questions, detailed thoughts, etc., feel free to ping me via team@agile-assets.ai

Q: Why is maximum media size 60MB for upload? Most videos in high quality have more then 60MB.
KReinbach
Oct 28, 2024A: Hi there, Bernd, thanks for your question.

KReinbach
Oct 24, 2024A: Hey dear Yoquil, thanks for your interest!

KReinbach
Oct 22, 2024A: Hi Thomas512, thanks for your question and interest.

Q: How exactly does Agile Assets help keep a brand "on brand"?
KReinbach
Oct 19, 2024A: Hey CleverMac, thanks for your interest and that good question!

Q: Multiple Brand Management ?
I want to know if there is the option to manage my clients brands (I only need to schedule monthly posts) let's say I make 3 calendar 1 for each client where I can put all his posts (Text + Video or Text+Image(s) ) and connect all socials and choose on which social media I post each post . I only need the scheduling feature, especially the bulk upload. Is that possible or not ?
KReinbach
Oct 14, 2024A: Hi there F.Pro, thanks for your question and interest.

Thanks!
KReinbach
Oct 10, 2024A: Hi Gaston, thanks for your question.

Hi Kristin,
I can manage without the app, but I’m still a bit surprised there’s no unified inbox. Centralizing comments and responses is just as important as centralizing posting, at least for me. It would really complete the tool. I hope this feature is added soon, as it would make a big difference in my decision to purchase.
Thanks!
Thanks
KReinbach
Oct 4, 2024A: Hey dear Gaston, thanks for your interest!

Q: Agency Packages and Asset Storage
Great to see you on AppSumo.
I am interested in this package as mentioned as a response to another question:
https://agile-assets.ai/agency-packages/
Is the above mentioned Beta Agency package only available on your website? Not on AppSumo now or maybe in the future?
Concerning Beta Agency calendars: Will calendars be tied to single brand name X or can I develop a brand calendar for posting based upon brand and language requirements? Example Brand X English, Brand x Spanish, Brand x German
2) I am focused on multiple languages for outreach for several companies as an Agency. What languages do you support now and what languages are on your roadmap?
3) I am also concerned about storage limitations as the brands I mange grow with multiple postings for each brand. Will there be a limit per month or storage solutions in the future?
Thank You
KReinbach
Sep 30, 2024A: Hi dear Chere_AI :) Thanks for your interest and your questions.
- yes, this package is already available and, yes, only directly there (I would not per se say it's never going to be on AppSumo, but not so likely simply due to the sheer package size/ price point).
=> As it is still on beta, just check out the info there, and feel free to sign up or if you'd like to check in directly, or book a call with me to answer your questions: https://calendly.com/o8-digitalagency/kaffee-mit-kristin
- ref. the calendars: you can set them up any way you want. :)
2) So, for the posts you can set up variations according to the plan you use and then be super efficient about them.

Sep 5, 2024A: Hi dear Gaston,
Thank you for reaching out.
"How many posts, for how many brands, and how far in advance can I schedule with this tool?"
We don't have real limit on posts, but we strongly encourage everyone to follow our fair-use policy to keep Ägile Ässets safe for everyone.

Thanks for the info. Is that included in the AppSumo deal as well? How would that work?
Also, how does the messaging feature work exactly? Is it a unified inbox for all brands and channels? Can two people manage it at the same time?
Looking forward to your reply.
