Q: Can I schedule posts to an Instagram creator account / Meta account set-up
I read in one of your answers, that it's possible to schedule to Instagram (business) accounts. How about creator accounts? Will they work as well on Ägile Ässets? And in another answer I read that Instagram/FB posting works in case the accounts are set up correctly. What does correctly mean exactly? Thank you and greetings from Munich, Gunnar :)

In order for the auto-publishing to Instagram to work, the Instagram account needs to be connected to one of your Facebook pages in the Meta business. A: Hey there Wonka, thanks for your interest. Ref. #1 yes, you can autopublish to Linkedin business pages (and also showcase pages). You can also tag organizations/companies in these posts (not for personal profiles, though, the API does not provide that function. Ref. #2, yes, you can - though often a bit of adaptation might be useful for best impact (you could do this with the post variations). But, if perfection is not so much the goal, being quick has higher priority, you can absolutely use it like that. We recommend using similar platforms/formats that lean into a similar style (for example, an image/copy + caption might work well for LN + FB, or a short video might be a reel on Insta as well as go to YouTube shorts and/or Tik Tok. Q: How many accounts can I connect and manage (programming posts) with the only subscription available here?
Can these accounts be all Instagram? Is there the programming in bulk? I need a lot of this function. What limits do you have the loading in bulk? In loading in bulk, can I attach links of videos taken by Google Drive to upload them to Instagram? Are there post loading limits? Daily/weekly/for account ... etc.?

Here's what I can tell you about each:
🔵 Channel connections: You can connect multiple social media accounts, including multiple Instagram accounts. However, please note our fair usage policy - this tool is designed for quality brand building, not mass posting operations.
🔵 Bulk uploading: Yes, you can upload posts in bulk via spreadsheet import or through our Canva integration.
🔵 Video limitations: Direct Google Drive video links aren't supported for Instagram uploads. We do have a 60MB limit per reel, which covers most standard content needs.
🔵 Posting limits: We don't set hard daily/weekly limits, but we do expect reasonable usage that aligns with quality social media practices. Mass posting or spam-like behavior isn't supported and goes against our terms of service.
💡🍎 Important note: Ägile Ässets was specifically designed to help with strategic brand building and managing complex multi-channel workflows. Our focus is on quality content management rather than high-volume posting.
