5 big taco's for Ägile Ässets

This is an amazing tool! It's simple, easy to use and just works. You can plan all your social media posts and add them to your calendar. Link with your desired platforms and you're set.
I've been using this tool for over a month now and am truly very impressed with my own consistency on Linkedin 😂

I also received great help from Mahmud from support! (I had a question because I wanted to buy a custom branding upgrade for Ägile Ässets) 100% recommend this tool!

It works! Found a superior alt to Buffer

I'm a soloprenuer who hates posting to social media but needs to for several accounts.

What make sense for someone like me (zero interest in social media, never think about it, but still NEED to post) is to schedule out posts for 6-12 months at a time - just get it over with all at once.

My original solution was Buffer, but to accomplish what I want, it would be $100+ per month to post, while being limited to how far out you can post on Buffer. $1200+ per year for Buffer, which I didn't like the workflow on was not going to work for me.

I couldn't find anything about Agile Assets outside of Appsumo but I decided to give it a try. To be honest, it has blown away my expectations.

You can connect multiple accounts/brands for each social media (just what I needed), and use a calendar to drag and drop posts where/when you want them.

This visual + drag and drop experience aligns much more with my style than Buffer. There is very little learning curve, and I can just glance at the calendar to see how things look.

Really really happy with Agile Assets. This is a big win for AppSumo and an underappreciated app. For my needs/the price, it's a 10/10. If I paid 2x/3x, I'd be just as happy.

Thank you for taking a chance on it despite a bit limited information outside AppSumo! Admittedly, we've been so focused on making the tool great alongside running the agency business that we haven't shared as much about Ägile Ässets "in the universe" yet. We're looking forward to changing that in the upcoming months and connecting more in other places, too.

Anyway... reading your review felt literally like basking in the sun (which has double value if you know that I am sitting here in foggy Bavaria ;)! As a fellow entrepreneur, I know how precious your time is, which makes your detailed review even more meaningful.

Indeed, I designed Ägile Ässets specifically for people like us who know - while we know how important social media is for building a business and brand - simply also have other fish to fry than spending hours posting. That drag-and-drop calendar view came from my own frustration with other tools - I wanted something visual (brain-friendly, quick to be adapted) where I could plan months ahead in one sitting and then move on with actual business. As you might have noticed, the whole workflow is built on how creative processes actually work in real life - starting with strategy, creating rough structures, then filling in and polishing over time. I went for "Natural, agile, intuitive" vs. the styles I had seen before myself.

Hearing that it's working so well for you and saving you both money and headaches again makes all the effort we've put into building this tool so worth it. Your comment about being happy even paying 2-3x more made us smile. This is great to hear! We've always aimed to underpromise and overdeliver rather than vice versa. Your feedback confirms we're on the right track.

Solid Social Media Management App

Agile Assets does what they say it will. Integration with Canva is great and makes the creation of content super easy. Scheduling is easy and the drag and drop into the calendar makes planing a week or month super easy.
There is great video tutorials to help with just about every aspect of the app. And for people or agencies needing to do bulk content creation this app would be idea as the bulk element is solid.
The range of platforms supported by this app is ahead of the game compared to many other platforms.
Probably the most unique and interesting element is the brand check. The tool reviews the posts and checks that they are still 'on brand'. I imagine this would be an amazing tool when you have several people managing the social media content creation and scheduling.
There are a few things I am not in love with and the first is the hashtag generator. This seems to be in its infancy as the suggested hashtags are well off the mark and only single words. There isn't the option of crating your own saved lists which is a real shame as this would be a stellar element to add to this platform.
Overall, a very solid platform and works well for social media management in an omni-channel setting.

thanks for taking the time to share your insights and experience with Ägile Ässets. It's great to see that elements we have invested a lot of time and effort in, come across this way. :)
Referring to the hashtag generator: It is actually pretty well tested and working fine for everyone, a feature that's a lot in use. I would have wished you'd checked in about this directly - I am convinced we could resolve that in the wink of an eye (I just noticed you wrote another message about that, so I guess that we can get this done together asap :)).
It's important to note that this feature links into an open-source tool that by itself reflects user behaviour and is Instagram-focused. The hashtag quality might differ simply because of what users use in combination, but overall, of course, it gives users a whole bunch of hashtags, even for a particular territory. You can also regenerate a combination for more than one topic and then customize (for example, leadership + marketing + travel might give you a special combination of 50 hashtags that I would then reduce to the ones that make sense). // Ref. the lists: Though it's generally not recommended to use the same list too often, I am happy to add that to our "myth vs. truth" research lists and, if helpful, add it to the shortlist of tweaks.

So, back to all the great stuff:
- we love that you love the smooth integration with Canva - we had the chance to collaborate with their team pretty directly, and this paid off :)
- the super easy drag and drop had always been very high on my own wishlist
- we love to hear that you find the video tutorials so helpful
- indeed, we have Professional agency work a lot on our minds when we build it (as in: if it keeps up with the highest complexity, it will also ease the less complex use cases effortlessly)
- and oh yes, how much we love to hear this here: "The range of platforms supported by this app is ahead of the game compared to many other platforms." For info: we got a pretty interesting shortlist here of next new additions and will keep you guys posted.

A great little tool that packs a punch

Agile Assets is a very handy tool that was quite easy to pick up and run with. I found it easy to connect a bunch of social accounts and get started with posting. The terms are generous and the calendar system is easy to use. It would be nice to have some additional per-calendar features such as a standard set of hashtags defined per channel that could be used automatically. There are a couple of minor quirks here and there, such as the way that hashtags are inserted into posts (I was getting some extra spaces inserted before the hashtags). Kristin is responsive in providing personal replies to emails and is lovely to deal with. Overall, I'd certainly recommend Agile Assets as being a great tool and a bargain to boot!

The extra spaces serve the common practice in Insta to add some "lines/dots" before. :) Thanks for recommending the tool all in all - we also enjoy the cooperation!

Maybe it's worth mentioning that 'little' might be a bit deceiving. ;) Of course, it is deliberately built in a way that enables an extremely lightfooted usage - under the hood and if one digs deeper, it has massive subtle powers in all the bulk uploading options, in the way one can set up and use different versions for posts (that can be used for languages and/or channels, just as one sees fit for a brand and its audience) and then map it automatically parallel into respective calendars, get suggestions for 'remixes' (= repurposing evergreen content) or being able to spontaneously publish a post from several places vs. being well prepped all over.
This just as a hint so no one is missing out on some of the massive time savers built in or resp. so others for whom that might be more relevant, have a chance to stumble over it.

Again a BIG thank you, we're looking forward to seeing how you build your brands with it on social media and accompany you on the way - have a great Xmas time ahead!
