I have sent numerous support tickets and no one has followed up past the initial message that stated someone would be following up. They once were really fast with response, but I'm not experiencing that now.
Not only an accounting feature, but they also did not give any update that they promised. They made just fake promises. Further their support is quite pathetic. They give support only on email no live chat support there.
Hi, we have noticed that there hasn't been any updates or improvments for over 12 months, most of the items on the road map are 2 to 3 years old. Is this application still actively managed by the vendor or it's been abandoned? Thanks.

A: Are you following our updates regarding x.agiled.app? Agiled is being constantly maintained and developed.
Follow updates where? I don't see Agiled being developed. Maybe maintained, but not developed. And what's with x.agiled.app? Is it supposed to replace agiled.app?
In your other response, you mentioned that we (agiled users) can use custom pages to embed content on the client side, and can iframe to embed dashboard and reports as well. I tried to iframe but failed, it keep redirecting to "login page". Do you have any video guide on how to iframe? Also, to embed the dashboard, where and how can i get the "html code" to embed them into the client site?
When I purchased your AppSumo deal, it appeared that future upgrades would be included. However, it now seems the same platform is being marketed under a new name—PRO Agency—with additional charges for enhancements. Am I misunderstanding the situation?

Agiled is not being constantly updated. You are pushing small, irrelevant updates while major ones never to be. UI is outdated and never reached maturity, page loading is ridiculous, every module feels unfinished... Your whole business model is to launch on AppSumo expecting new customers so you can work on the product, but this market is only yey big. I really doubt this is going somewhere.
So true, Dilic! They’ve simply rebranded it as PRO Agency and expect everyone to migrate—at an extra couple hundred dollars for the basic plan. I do like the refreshed UI; the makeover was overdue, and the new name fits. Still, it’s not a completely different product—just upgrades they should have provided all along.
