I have sent numerous support tickets and no one has followed up past the initial message that stated someone would be following up. They once were really fast with response, but I'm not experiencing that now.

Hi, we have noticed that there hasn't been any updates or improvments for over 12 months, most of the items on the road map are 2 to 3 years old. Is this application still actively managed by the vendor or it's been abandoned? Thanks.
In your other response, you mentioned that we (agiled users) can use custom pages to embed content on the client side, and can iframe to embed dashboard and reports as well. I tried to iframe but failed, it keep redirecting to "login page". Do you have any video guide on how to iframe? Also, to embed the dashboard, where and how can i get the "html code" to embed them into the client site?
When I purchased your AppSumo deal, it appeared that future upgrades would be included. However, it now seems the same platform is being marketed under a new name—PRO Agency—with additional charges for enhancements. Am I misunderstanding the situation? More broadly, AppSumo seems to be allowing upgrade practices that feel questionable, especially when such features arguably should fall under the original deal’s grandfather clause. Now, to access these new enhancements, we’re being asked to buy in again under a different arrangement. Where does it end?
