A Mistake

In my experience, support for Agiled has been extremely disappointing. Meaningful customer assistance appears to be largely absent, leaving many users frustrated when issues arise.

What is particularly concerning is the recurring pattern of launching new features and returning to AppSumo for additional funding, seemingly before delivering on the promises and development commitments associated with previous offerings. Rather than demonstrating consistent product maturation and customer success, the focus often appears to shift toward the next revenue-generating launch.

Long-time customers, like myself, tend to feel less like valued partners and more like a source of ongoing funding. Unfortunately, many of the concerns raised by users over the years remain visible throughout the AppSumo reviews and comment sections, where recurring themes include support challenges, unfinished features, and unmet expectations.

My recommendation is simple: look beyond the marketing copy and evaluate the company's track record carefully. Read the reviews, examine how past concerns have been addressed, and make an informed decision. There are many software solutions competing for your business, and your investment may be better spent on a company with a stronger reputation for customer support, product delivery, and long-term commitment to its users.

Unpolished App

This app tries to do many things, but does nothing well.

I really wanted to like this because it has a module for everything I needed to run a small business. I had to abandon it after a few (hard) months in 2023. Tried to make it work again in 2025, but unfortunately, it still doesn't fit my purpose.

Recommend you do a trial before purchasing a LTD, it may work for you, but sadly, not for me.

Purchased 10 codes and Support is nah

I purchased 10 codes because I need the AI and the features for my startup business. The features are good, can use this for our business, but the AI is not working. The format for AI is not good, and I keep getting an error when using the AI assist.

One thing I am always looking at for SaaS like this is support. You can reach out to the chat in their website, but the support gets back to you after a few days. Sometimes, I would have to follow up 3x for the SMTP error I am getting, and up to now, after 2 weeks, there's no support.

I hope they will reach out immediately for every issue, at least for acknowledgement, then provide a timeline for resolution.

The platform is still very slow, and feedback from my team is that it takes a while before the projects and the tasks to appear and be updated. The platform is easy to use, but it's not efficient and fast.

All in all, features are good and I'm willing to update the review for any and all support that's faster than the current timeline. Also, I'm thinking of refunding the other codes as getting 10 codes for the AI assist is not worth it.

Sorry, but the product is buggy. I recoded 5 videos showing issues. I hope they work on the fixes. I will again revisit this page once all issues I reported are fixed. The communication module is not that usable at this point. The Tasks automatically show completed. The @ mentions are not working at this point. - I'd like to see progress in the next 60 days and will take a call on refund. I hope Asad is hearing me. - I will review this again.

Projects - Needs work

**tempering my review / adding back a star -- Agiled team is being responsive and fixing things. That's the most important thing. Everyone hates projects.. it's often the least cared for module..

I guess, according to the reviews here, I'm the only person that has ever tried using projects in Agiled. Among other issues: Can't import tasks with milestones. If manually creating tasks, can't ever edit milestone again unless you want to delete and recreate the task. General tasks interface different than project task interface (even though they're the same tasks). In project, everytime you click anywhere on the task, it's marked as completed (instead of only when you check the box).. No way to bulk assign someone to a project (and also, assigning a team member to a task on import does not work). Get ready to manually edit hundreds of tasks if someone leaves the team. No way to bulk-do-anything other than delete. Overall, I can't use this. I hope the other modules are better. I guess I need to hurry up and implement them to see.. I was hoping to white label and resell this as part of the offering for the Entrepreneur Toolkit I'm working on. I guess that may be out the window..

1. Yes we do not have milestone mapping feature when importing task. That's a limitation as of now that will be worked on.
2. You should be able to update milestone on task edit, we will look into this.
