A quick testimonial on using Ahsuite for a short time as an agency providing a range of services to clients from web dev, hosting, SMM, SEO, Analytic report etc.

We have tried a few client / project management software's here on Appsummo, and external paid ones, but nothing suited our needs regarding a client facing project management portal + communications hub.

The problem we found was that many platforms we used either have too many features for clients and they get lost trying to use them — and don't use them, or are simply too painful for clients onboarding if they are not tech savvy.

We found Asuite by mistake — I was not even looking for it, so I checked it out and used the free trial to test it and glad I did — then promptly bought it without hesitation.

Now, I don't normally give reviews but I feel that I should give back to the community as many reviews here also help me in making purchase decisions.

So, after buying 2 x coded of Ahsuite — setting up the white label platform with logo, colours, adding our domain, we now have a personalised portal for our clients.

- We can chat to clients - No more clunky email.
- We can add tasks for clients to get done - Like getting access to existing accounts.
- Provide secure passwords to accounts we create for clients - eg social media.
- The portal is on our domain for brand authority.
- We can also send unlimited clients to the portal without restrictions - No limitations!

The best part is that Ahsuite allows us to continue using the core tools we already use like ClickUp for project management and Zoho for file storage. How we use ClickUp is that we can now embed ANY task in ANY view for clients to monitor projects, show docs and forms — all with ClickUps permissions still intact in our own private branded portal. (Just with a small Clickup badge on each embed + our aff link ;).

As for storage, we simply embed client project folders from our Zoho One 5TB account on a shared link with all permissions set in WorkDrive! We can even embed our Zoho Books invoices!

Ahsuite a relative new software, so it may not have all the bells and whistles, and the UI could do with an upgrade with styling (just me being fussy on the visuals), however, it does what it says it will do without overcomplicate things and tying to be the next 'Project Management App'.

As for support, Kevin has been very responsive and so helpful with us setting the platform up, as well as taking on board suggestions. Another overlooked quality based on our experience is that Kevin is listening and taking on feedback from the community to improve the software — this alone is where investment is made.

Overall this "Amazon" of software, where we can embed nearly anything we want as a service based business for clients gets my 5 taco vote.
