I'm not the first customer asking in which Tier do we have access to the MCP, but your answer is always: "I'm confirming exactly which tiers include the MCP server and I'll update this answer."
Thanks for the answer, but it contradicts your own deal terms. The AppSumo terms state "All future Pro (Tier 1), Autopilot (Tier 2), Team (Tiers 3, 4) plan updates", and your pricing page lists "MCP tools" as part of the Autopilot plan. So, by your terms, Tier 2 is the Autopilot plan and should include MCP.
Please either honour MCP access on Tier 2 or correct the deal terms, so buyers know exactl
I use a Google Workspace business account that has many verified 'Send mail as' aliases configured inside Gmail. If I connect that account to AI Emaily, will all of those aliases automatically appear as selectable From addresses in the compose window? Specifically:
(1) does it pull the 'Send mail as' list from Gmail automatically, or do I have to add each identity manually? (2) when I send from...

A: Yes to all four, once you turn it on. Go to Settings → Mailboxes → Click 3 Dots for any of your Workspace mailbox and switch on "Sync send-as aliases". It's off by default.
Pulled automatically. AI Emaily reads your verified "Send mail as" list straight from Gmail, so there's nothing to add by hand. It refreshes every 6 hours, and you can untick any alias you don't want in the From...
Q: Spoofed Incoming Emails Incorrectly Classified as Sent
I received a spoofed extortion email with my address in both From and To. Thunderbird confirms it is in my IMAP INBOX, but AI Emaily incorrectly shows it in Sent.
The headers show SPF softfail and DMARC fail.
Does AI Emaily determine Sent status based on the From address rather than the actual IMAP folder? If so, could this be fixed?

A: Hi, thank you for such a precise report.
AI Emaily marks a message as "sent by you" when it comes from your Sent folder, and also when the From address matches your own mailbox address. Your spoofed email had your address in From, so it was treated as your own mail even though it arrived in your INBOX. That's also why it showed under Sent. It shouldn't trust the From address alone, especially...
Much of the interface on iOS feels untested, when will these be fixed: 1. Clicking middle button for Mochi avatar lists summaries: the "View" links don't work, neither do the "From Your Mail" links. 2. Difficult to read HTML emails with default too small and stretching to zoom only zooms from left side - you can't scroll to the right at all! This is a prio 1 bug! 3. I have 4 email accounts, have...

A: Hi, thank you for such specific feedback. It's exactly what we need.
The AI Emaily mobile app is currently in beta, and we're still updating it. Another update is coming in the next couple of days. I've passed each of your points to the mobile team:
The "View" and "From Your Mail" links under the Mochi summaries. HTML emails too small, and zoom that only expands from the left so you can't...
Q: Does BYOK support custom OpenAI-compatible providers?
Hi, I’m interested in Tier 3 mainly because of the BYOK feature. Does BYOK support custom OpenAI-compatible providers, not just predefined providers like OpenAI or OpenRouter?
By OpenAI-compatible, I mean being able to manually enter a custom API endpoint/base URL, API key, and model ID, similar to how many third-party AI services expose an OpenAI-compatible API.
If this is not currently supported, is custom OpenAI-compatible provider support planned for the future?
Thanks!

A: Yes, as of today. On T3 and T4 you can connect any OpenAI-compatible endpoint: go to Settings → AI & Voice → Your own API key (BYOK) → Custom, then enter your base URL (e.g. https://api.groq.com/openai/v1), an API key (optional) and a model ID. If the endpoint lists its models, we show them in a searchable picker. A "Test model" button checks chat, JSON output and tool calls before you...
Q: Which tiers include MCP access?
I'm not the first customer asking in which Tier do we have access to the MCP, but your answer is always: "I'm confirming exactly which tiers include the MCP server and I'll update this answer."
But the answer never comes.
Can you please tell it publicly here?

Oct 18, 2026A: MCP is available on Tier 3 and 4
