Q: All platform... except Windows?

I saw your web, it's written "all platform (web, mac, iOS, Android)", so you mean no "Windows" compatible?
And can we run it with local LLMs including LLMs in local network?

A: Hi Hiroyoshi, thanks for asking.

Windows: yes, there's a native Windows app for Windows 10 and 11. You can download it from aiemaily.com. The "all platforms" line on the page was missing it, and I'll get that fixed. We also have web, macOS (Apple silicon), iPhone and Android (comming soon).

Local LLMs: not today, honestly. On Tier 3 and up you can bring your own API key from OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, so you pay your provider directly instead of using credits. But the AI calls run from our servers, so a model on your own machine or local network isn't reachable. Since OpenRouter can route to many models, it's the closest option for now.

Is running a local model a privacy requirement for you, or more about cost and control? That helps me judge how much demand there is for it.

Thanks for prompt answer. For local LLMs, both privacy and cost. Especially privacy, So it could be nice if we can choose some like "your server" or "ours".
Anyway, I'll consider.

Ah one more question, no compatible for POP3? I have 1 POP3 email address.

Hi Hiroyoshi,

Local LLMs: I like your "your server or ours" idea. It's a clear way to think about privacy, and I've noted it as a feature request. I can't promise a date, but it's now on our list with your reason attached.

POP3: no, AI Emaily connects over IMAP and SMTP, not POP3. Most providers that offer POP3 also offer IMAP, so it's worth checking your provide

Thanks for adding as feature request.
For provider, I've been using this provider and email address for nearly 30-years, and requested IMAP support several times, but never says yes, so gave up asking...
Mostly I'm forwarding to main email address, but it's really nice if you could add POP3 support as feature request as well.
Anyway, for both, no worries not to promise date. 'cause still consider.
