Hi, I wonder if Appsumo 1 year deal subscriptions were transfered to Magnific (should be) or not. MY was not and all my assets are gone.

Q: Why am I getting charged for the PRO plan in Gumloop?
Attention AppSumo, I just got charged for the Pro Plan, and it's only April. It should be all the way to September. And not only that, the AppSumo deal is for the solo plan that doesn't exist anymore.
So they just canceled the plan for us without any notice, without anything. I want my $37 that they just charged me for the pro plan back. If they're not going to respect the solo plan until September, then I will also have to ask for the reimbursement of this bundle.

This pack is for 1 year access. Why was I charged January 2nd for Otter.AI?? I should have been paid thru September 2026.

Q: How long does Freepik hold my money?
It's been over 12 hours already, and looks like Freepik is keeping my funds on their side. What did you guys do to have them credit it back?

The hold is only a temporary authorization hold placed by the Freepik payment provider, basically a standard check to verify your payment method and make sure the account can be charged if the subscription continues. It usually clears automatically within a few minutes, but depending on your bank, it can take up to 24-48 hours.
