Q: I like this, but there's one feature I wish was "out there somewhere" (and another that may be more "doable")

I think I'm going to get this!

Just a couple things in general that are not in anything I see "out there" uet that I wish there was that maybe right for within the Toolbox..?

A TeamAI or MultipleChat-like feature that allowed me to do what they do - Multi-platform collaboration or debate, but using my own existing context rich accounts, not simply the "models" via "them". This seems like a VERY heavy lift to me.

Second, I would love, since I do the above basically in a manual way via back and forth, to be able to put my ChatGPT + Gemini + etc. chats on a single subject into a join folder. I know that's not context grouping but it would be awesome to help me do what I do quicker when I'm just getting back into something. This I think would be a lighter lift that the above since it could be just organizing chat URLs?

A: Thanks, and good questions. Let me take the second one first, since there's some good news buried in it.

On grouping a subject across platforms: you're right that joint folders don't exist today. Folders are per-platform right now, so a ChatGPT folder and a Gemini folder are separate things and can't be merged into one.

But the specific job you described - "getting back into something" that's scattered across ChatGPT and Gemini - is largely handled by our cross-platform search. One search box queries ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok at once, groups the results by platform, and each result is a deep link that opens the conversation on the right site. So for picking a subject back up, you can search the topic and see everything across all four in one place without hunting through each site. Worth trying that before you decide the folder gap is a dealbreaker.

Your instinct on the lift is also correct: since every platform has a conversation URL, a cross-platform folder is closer to organizing links than to anything deep. It's a genuinely good idea and it fits exactly where we're already pointed - we clearly believe in the one-layer-across-platforms thing, since we built the search that way. So we're putting it on our roadmap. I can't give you a date, but you'll be able to watch it move at ai-toolbox.co/roadmap.

On the multi-platform debate/collaboration idea: I'll be straight with you, since you're weighing a purchase. That's not something we're planning, and it's heavier than it looks even beyond the engineering. Driving live conversations inside four different sites that each redesign without warning is enormously fragile - we already spend real effort just keeping our read-only features alive through their UI changes. It's also a genuinely different product from what we are, which is the organizing layer over work you've already done. I'd rather tell you now than have you buy hoping it's coming.

If you do pick it up, send requests to [email protected] - it reaches the two of us who build it, and our roadmap is public at ai-toolbox.co/roadmap so you can see what's actually in flight.
