Very limited
At first glance, I thought the UI looked great. Setting up a campaign seemed simple. But it's far from the finished product, I'm afraid. As a LinkedIn outreach tool, especially the way Aimfox was promoted itself, here's where I experienced issues:
1. Inbox synchronization failure: It is, unfortunately, very buggy. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It also fails to filter messages based on whether they are in a campaign. If someone responds to a message and is not in an Aimfox campaign, I should not see this in the Onebox, and it should certainly not be counted as a "response".
2. Unable to import additional leads into an existing/active campaign: The only workaround here is to add them to a separate campaign. I have to do extra work to make sure I'm not adding duplicates. Not convenient.
3. Pausing/removing a lead from an active/existing campaign: If I want to prevent a lead from receiving a message, I should be able to pause that lead or remove it from the campaign. Unfortunately, this is not possible. Another basic feature that is missing.
4. Can't include notes in connection requests: I thought this one was quite odd. It says you can't add a note in a connection request, but you can easily do so from LinkedIn. Something clearly not right there.
5. Development roadmap seems to have stopped: Upon checking to see if the feature request I made appeared, I noticed that the last time a feature was shipped was in Dec 2024 (we are nearly in April) with many under the "progress" stage stuck there since Nov 2024. It seems like they're not shipping out features fast enough or its completely stopped.
I appreciate that most of these products are early-stage, but if you can't at the very least get some basic features in place before launching on AppSumo, I don't think you have a real product yet, and judging by the experience so far and roadmap, I would give this 2 stars.

Novice Small Business Marketing Must Have
I'm just starting out with Linked In to market my wife's small house cleaning business. The UI (impressed myself I'm learning the jargon 😀) is easy to learn and any question the chat bot answers 💯. This has allowed me to gain followers at lightning speed. If you ever wondered how businesses or individuals grew their Linked In followers and responded so fast to the initial requests with follow ups this is how. Even if your Linked In page needs work Aimfox is simple to set up multiple campaigns to build your potential leads until you have time to optimal your Linked in page. Another MUST HAVE if you are a novice doing marketing for your small business. Now you can play with the big companies! ❤️💯😀

Absolute Disaster – Still Not Working!
AimFox has been broken for almost a month now. They “fixed” it for a week, only for it to break again. The worst part? Instead of addressing the biggest issue—seeing replies—they rolled out what they call "drip" updates no one asked for. What’s the point of a LinkedIn automation tool if you can’t see responses? It feels like they don’t prioritize actual user needs. At this point, it’s just an overpriced headache. Avoid it.

Aim stopped working around two weeks ago, BEWARE!
Beware! We purchased into Aimfox two months ago and were happy with the performance and UI with 3 seats. We ended up hiring a contractor and additional seats, only for the Aimfox software to completely stop working around 2 weeks ago. Numerous messages to their support team on a daily basis have resulted in nothing but canned and standardized answers. VERY disappointed and would not recommend them. Their launch on producthunt likely has something to do with this. Very unprofessional.
Edit:
Response to the devs who commented on this review. As long as the inbox is not working, the whole product is not working! The whole idea of linkedin automation is communication and messaging.

Jan 16, 2025Hey ataee87!
As I mentioned in the comment section, our dev team is actively working on resolving the inbox-syncing issue with your accounts. I’ve double-checked with the team, and while the campaigns are functioning correctly, the inbox isn’t syncing messages in real-time. I’ll personally ensure to notify you as soon as the issue is resolved.
Terribly sorry for the inconvenience. We'll do our best to make it up to you.
Best,
N
