Aim stopped working around two weeks ago, BEWARE!
Beware! We purchased into Aimfox two months ago and were happy with the performance and UI with 3 seats. We ended up hiring a contractor and additional seats, only for the Aimfox software to completely stop working around 2 weeks ago. Numerous messages to their support team on a daily basis have resulted in nothing but canned and standardized answers. VERY disappointed and would not recommend them. Their launch on producthunt likely has something to do with this. Very unprofessional.
Edit:
Response to the devs who commented on this review. As long as the inbox is not working, the whole product is not working! The whole idea of linkedin automation is communication and messaging.

Jan 16, 2025Hey ataee87!
As I mentioned in the comment section, our dev team is actively working on resolving the inbox-syncing issue with your accounts. I’ve double-checked with the team, and while the campaigns are functioning correctly, the inbox isn’t syncing messages in real-time. I’ll personally ensure to notify you as soon as the issue is resolved.
Terribly sorry for the inconvenience. We'll do our...

Works and grows my network
After nearly a month of use, I requested that Aimfox broaden my network. Despite what some people have said, my LinkedIn profile is in good condition.

Jan 14, 2025Awesome! Honestly, the banning issues are not wide spread at all, so this is expected.

Not very good
You can't control your outreach, in the sense of the flow:
- How many connects per day?
-How many messages per day?
l asked them how it works, never got a definite answer.
Reported bugs and it took forever to get them fixed. I believe they reached out weeks after l was already refunded.
l had multiple linkedin accounts shut down because of this platform.
They get 2 stars because support response is good.

Disappointing
Total waste of time. The Aimfox team thinks we are foolish. They do not count leads or contacts; they only count interactions (InMails, requests, messages, etc.). Therefore, even if we have 500 contacts in the campaign, they will show the campaign as 100% reached even 10 interactions are achieved.
I feel disappointed. But this is not the worst part; they withdraw friend requests after three days! They are nuts—only a small percentage of LinkedIn users are active daily. Essentially, if a contact you are reaching out to does not reply or accept your request within three days, they are gone! We are losing 90% of LinkedIn users, including Fridays to Mondays.
Also, not possible to add multi-user campaigns, you need to create one campaign per LinkedIn user, crazy inefficient. You cannot add notes to friend requests (unlike other tools), this is just a MUST!
UPDATE: They call you, you explain the issue, and they say your campaign is the problem. You reply, "No, it is not, because in Heyreach I have 100% better results." Then they tell you that you are not educated enough on the Aimfox platform. You get upset, and they accuse you of yelling at them. Prepare yourself, they just are so arrogant.

Jan 15, 2025Hey arrucha! We're terribly sorry to hear this!! Our Support really tried to help you out during your call, and we sincerely apologize if the conversation didn’t meet your expectations.
We’ve already discussed that connection request withdrawal can be manually tailored to your specific use case, and we’d be happy to guide you through the process to ensure it aligns with your campaign goals....

Aimfox was working fine until…
Aimfox was amazing when I started using it. The UI is nicely laid out and intuitive and support responded to my one question within a few minutes. All was going good until they launched on Product Hunt and I guess all the exposure they got winning Product of the Day got the attention of the LinkedIn police. About a week later, I received a warning from LinkedIn about suspicious account activity. I figured it was a one off, but then my account got suspended. Yikes! I immediately removed Aimfox and managed to get my account reinstated. I’ve been on Linkedin for over 10 years and I’m extremely active so it can’t be blamed on a new account. I’m sorry to refund Aimfox because I was all in, but I can’t afford to have my LinkedIn account shutdown. I wish the Aimfox team good luck in overcoming this issue.

Jan 15, 2025Hey sumocol! Thank you for sharing your experience and for your kind words about our UI and support. LinkedIn’s policies can be tricky to navigate, especially with automation tools. While we designed Aimfox to operate within safe limits, some users may encounter restrictions depending on specific account activity. We completely understand your decision to refund your license, but we’d love to...
