A: Hi,

Different plans come with different initial Credit usages. Credits can be used for AI agent queries. You can choose the appropriate plan based on your needs for functionality and usage. There are currently two features that cost credits:queries and training.

For specific calculations, please refer to the documentation: https://help.aitable.ai/docs/guide/ai-pricing

If you have any other questions besides those, I'd be happy to provide answers.

Can you please use couple of examples related to how the usage will work? Its confusing

Hi,

Let me break it down for you. Using One AI query with gpt-3.5-turbo (which is the default setting) will cost you 1 message credit. However, if you opt for One AI response with gpt-4, it will cost you 20 message credits.

Additionally, data training also incurs credit costs. If you decide to train your AI agent using datasets, this process will consume credits proportionally. For instance, training 300,000 characters will cost 1 credit.

I trust this information proves useful to you.

Are you thinking about the possibility of connecting your own API to other LLM models?
- OpenAI API
- Azure
- ...

Hi Jack.S,

In our product's design, we prioritize compatibility with most Language Model (LLM) models. However, due to considerations regarding performance and maturity, we currently offer only a few models, including OpenAI's gpt-3.5-turbo and gpt-4. As we progress, we plan to provide users with the flexibility to select from a wider range of models.

Additionally, at present, we do not support the use of personal OpenAI keys. Our existing plans already include 1,000 to 12,000 message credits per month, which should be quite sufficient. Regarding the demand for personal OpenAI keys, if we receive significant interest from numerous users in the future, we can consider adding this feature to our roadmap.
