Amazing!

I absolutely love AiWriteBook. After trying other Ai writing platforms, I've finally found one that works for me. Thanks AiWriteBooks.

Good bones, but it invents things I didn't ask for

I used this to import a completed nonfiction manuscript (~14,700 words, 14 full chapters) rather than write from scratch, so this review is specifically about the import/production workflow, not the AI-drafting features.

What worked well: Chapter text imported cleanly and accurately - I compared the output word-for-word against my original document, and it was an exact match, no unwanted paraphrasing. The AI-generated cover art was genuinely good, on-genre, and better than I expected for a first pass. The genre/subgenre categorization and metadata setup were straightforward.

What didn't work, and why it matters: My manuscript had an Introduction and a Conclusion in addition to 14 numbered chapters. The import silently dropped both, with no warning, because they weren't titled "Chapter N: …" - including a detailed medical disclaimer that lived inside the Introduction, which got replaced by a generic one-line legal disclaimer I never wrote. I only caught this by manually checking every page.

More concerning: the tool generated an "Acknowledgments" page on its own, thanking a specific editor and beta readers who don't exist; I have neither. It also wrote an author bio with fabricated professional credentials I never provided. Nothing prompted these; the tool just filled gaps with plausible-sounding content instead of leaving them blank or flagging that it needed input from me.

Bottom line: Fine as a formatting and cover-design tool if you're willing to proofread every single page before publishing, especially anything it generated rather than anything you wrote yourself. Do not trust it to leave your content alone or to flag what it couldn't import; it will quietly drop things and quietly invent things in the same pass. For a nonfiction book, especially in any topic where credibility matters, that's a real problem worth knowing about before you buy.

Impressive suite of tools to fit various needs

I am trying out a number of ai writing tools. With aiwritebook I initially experimented with the visual books feature with limited success at best, the text never looked right on pages and I could not get a two-page spread of single connected image to work. Two visual book attempts were a bust for me.

HOWEVER once I dove into the main fiction writing suite, I completely fell in love. The chapter writing flow, along with the in-depth editing suggestions, book audits, and proofreading processes, are fantastic.

The flexibility here is a huge highlight. Being able to upload previously written drafts, write across a series, and jump in to manually write wherever you want throughout the process gives you total creative freedom.

My only real gripe is having to complete the metadata and publish steps such as book cover before being allowed to export—I would much prefer the option to export my manuscript chapters at any time. Aside from that, features like the audiobook and translation options and the many standalone research and writing ideaition tools are a great added value.

Fun to use and a good result all round

I'm enjoying creating with ai and aiwritebooks writes well. It is easy to use, everything you need to do doesn't cost a lot credits either so good value. I've tried Booknova and find aiwritebooks much more finished and offers more options. I may swing between the two on occasion - I have paid for both after all - but I'm really looking forward to doing more with aiwritebooks. The ability to write in a series and even upload a previous book is the real clincher. And the possibility of an audiobook is great. I'll be doing my own uploads though. I like to have a bit more control over the final product.

Thank you for taking the time, and for comparing us against something you actually paid for rather than guessing.

Two notes on the parts you are looking forward to. Series and importing a previous book both live on Tier 3 and up, so if you are on that tier they are ready now. Audiobook is Tier 2 and up, and it fits how you want to work: you generate per chapter and get the MP3s plus a merged...

At first glance another AI writer, right?

Like many promising ai writing tools emerging in rapid succession, i can't yet quite get how this team has there application worked out in such a way that it does more than any non-fiction writer could think off.

uploaded my paper on Syntropy, added reference papers and academic documents, reduced the amount of chapters from 19 down to only 4 (because the tool is just gigantic! and over capable)

now in final editing moving to publishing in the space of 30 minutes!

In awe and wonder.... years of manual study, research and writing sped up by a 1000 times...

just incredible. and my main goal was exploring the storefront option (and im not even there yet)

I am already sold.

beyond SOLID. 5 tacos

Nineteen chapters down to four is the right instinct, and it is the part most people get wrong. A tight book with real sources beats a long one every time.

Since the storefront is what you were after, two things worth knowing on Tier 3. The public author page is included from Tier 2, at aiwritebook.com/author/your-slug, with a book list, buy links, and email-gated free chapters so readers unlock...
