We use What Converts for lead tracking. For a particular client they want to be notified via sms or push notification (such as WhatsApp) that they have received a specific type of lead. We currently use Zapier for this now. Here's how it works

Just to clarify, how does Zapier detect that the lead has come in on your side? We can configure the trigger in Albato via webhook or email, for example.
Regarding message delivery, Albato does support the WhatsApp Business API, so as long as you have a Facebook Business account, you’ll be able to configure WhatsApp notifications directly through...
It's been a while, but I believe it is What Converts is connected to Zapier using the What Converts API: https://www.whatconverts.com/api/overview/
Why a FB Business account? We don't currently have to do that to have messages sent to Whats App, we just send it a code, and then enter in the verification code that is sent to confirm we are authorized to send messages to it.
We don’t have an integration with WhatConverts yet, but the request is already on our public roadmap (https://roadmap.albato.com/idea/41252). We prioritize new integrations based on the number of votes and technical feasibility.
If you prefer, you can add the apps yourself using our no-code App Integrator. We provide more details about this feature here: https://content.albato.com/app-integrator
