I have Ramio and Alter, but the YouTube videos on Alter are not useful. They don’t upload tutorials correctly, nor do they show how to set things up. The videos are useless, and there aren’t any long videos that teach step\u002Dby\u002Dstep setups for each topic. I am considering a refund soon because I’ve been waiting for their videos to learn and use the product, but it seems like they are not doing well. I might request a refund within two days.

I also struggle to use this tool because there are no step-by-step tutorials available. It could be very useful, but there are no tutorial videos on their YouTube channel that teach how to use it step by step.
