Regarding the Thaï language, you will need to switch the voice processor that we set by default with your Sumo license. You'll need to choose Whisper V3 in Settings > Voice > Local Pro > Configure instead of Parakeet V3

We have Thaï users but I don't know if they're using the dictation feature in Thaï and if the word error rate is good.
