1)Can I delete historical mail from senders in a gmail account and how far does it go back.

2)Can it bulk delete and include historical email?

3)Can I manage / find all receipts emailed and go back in historical message to find them.

4) Can it log receipts in a doc/spreadsheet?

1) It will take forever and take a lot of requests I believe, better to create a script and define what historical mail means
2) You can bulk archive emails
3) Alter won't be able to download the receipts, it's a limitation we're working on
4, 5, 6) As we can't download them, we can't analyze and put in another doc
