Q: Licensing
Hi, I use two macs, but they mostly share the same iCloud folders, does this mean I need to buy two licenses?
Also, I spotted you mention a mobile app is in the works at some point, would that need an additional license or would it be covered by one main license?

You only 1 license for everything. The license is tied to your email account and you can use it on multiple devices. When the mobile app comes, you'll be able to use at no additional cost.
That said, sharing a license with another user is prohibited and we're monitoring for that.
