A: Hi! Since you're on Whisper Large v3 (local), here's how those options work: you don't actually need the language or embedding option for Whisper to transcribe — it works on its own. The language model is just for picking an LLM that auto-formats your transcription after Whisper converts it, and embedding models are deprecated now (they used to support some notes features, which we're now doing a different way). Note that if you ever use Amical's cloud model, it handles both transcription and formatting automatically, so you don't need to set anything there.
