mail1429Q: Setup Team-Member does not work
I try to setup a Team-Member but it does not work. I send an invitation link but after that, a new free account is created. Now I have a new account with that email address, and I can't even delete the account. Thanks for the help.

Jun 6, 2026A: Hi, sorry about the delay here. You can actually manage your team from app.amical.ai. We are going to build this feature within the app as well, but right now it's only available on the web.

I got it running... ;)
First you need to setup a free account.
Send invitation link.
Click on the link.
Then you will join as a member.
Glad you were able to make it work :) You do not need to have the free account set up. You can still invite the new user, and then it will take them through the sign-up flow. We are shipping some improvements to the whole flow to make it easier to understand in our upcoming release.
