A: Pooling means the monthly word limit is shared across all seats in your plan, instead of being assigned separately to each user.

For example, Tier 3 includes 1,400,000 words/month across 7 seats. With pooling, it doesn’t matter whether one user uses most of those words or each user uses around 200,000 words. Usage from all seats is added together and compared against the total monthly limit.

In Tier 1, there is only 1 seat, so pooling doesn’t really apply there.
