So my first impression of Amical was really good. The UI is beautiful and the dictation is fast and mostly accurate. There are a few things I've reported multiple times though that haven't been fixed yet.
- It always indents a space on mobile (android) so you have to delete that once its pasted. Seems like a simple fix but it's been 3 weeks and its still not.
- On the desktop app (mac), there is no cancel button like there is on mobile so if you want to stop or start over, you have to delete whatever you just dictated first.
- The android app is buggy. Sometimes it works, sometimes its really slow and sometimes it just doesn't work at all. I had to uninstall it and use Wispr Flow or Letterly instead.
- I dont see the shortcuts, snippets or a way to select the model I want to use on mobile. I do see the vocabulary feature though.

I'd love to keep Amical, I think it has a lot of potential but I'm not currently using it due to these issues. I'm hoping they'll be fixed before the return window is over. If they are, I'll update my review. If not, I'm going to return it.
