Being able to create our own custom plans is highly needed. Currently, I can only offer my clients a free account, or an 'everything unlimited feel free to go crazy' account. Granular limits, and a "powered by *agency_name*" option would make this much more resellable.
Just a follow up on my last question, as I think my response might have been missed:
RE native live chat functionality; is this on the roadmap? It's jarring for visitors to be shunted around different apps, and a pain for my clients to have to use 2 different platforms.

Sep 6, 2024A: We’re currently discussing the possibility of allowing custom plan creation and it will be part of an upcoming update. We understand the need for more granular limits and a "powered by agency_name" option for reselling.
Regarding native live chat functionality, we’re aware of the inconvenience of using multiple platforms and are considering it for future updates.
