Answerly V3: Built From the Ground Up – And It Shows

This is my first review ever on AppSumo, but I just have to get this out of my system.

I’ve been using Answerly for about a year now, and I want to be very clear about one thing: the current product is not the same product it was before.

Fatos, the founder, explained that Answerly was rebuilt completely from the ground up, and I fully agree. This is not a minor update or a redesign. It’s a fundamentally new platform.

The difference is immediately noticeable. The chatbot is now extremely fast—responses feel almost instant—and the whole system is smooth, stable, and intuitive. Setup is super easy and very logical.

On top of that, the team has done a complete overhaul of their help documentation, and it’s genuinely excellent. Clear structure, practical explanations, and easy-to-follow guidance make onboarding straightforward, even for non-technical users. That combination—great product UX plus great documentation—is rare and makes a big difference.

I’ll be honest: early on, I was skeptical. Like many users, I bought this product at the very beginning of the AI wave, when it struggled while the rest of the market moved forward. Sticking with it required patience.

In hindsight, it paid off.

The current version of Answerly shows that the team made the hard but right decision: scrap what didn’t work and rebuild properly. That takes courage, and it clearly shows in the result.

If you bought a lifetime deal on AppSumo, I strongly recommend trying Answerly again. The product today is fast, modern, easy to use, and finally feels like a mature AI chatbot platform. If you missed out, they are offering a very affordable monthly subscription.

Too late for activation ? No Problem ! - The support-Team is really great !

Disappointing

I very stupidly bought this product at the advent of AI, and even with all the improvements in AI Chat bots this company seems to have devolved back to the stone age while the whole world was improving. Not only has the company not improved in the last couple years with all the other companies, but the few functionalities that worked seemed to develop bugs as well. There is no excuse for this level of abject development.

Technical support is very poor.

I bought the highest product to use the Whitelabel feature, I spent a lot of effort to test the product to better understand the product and also wanted to provide my customers with a good product. I sent many different emails to ask questions that needed to be solved and errors that needed to be fixed for the new version, but received indifference, more than 1 week still did not receive a response from Answerly.
The product is good but on the contrary, there is no peace of mind when using the product. I bought it and I also feel very insecure because if there is a problem that needs to be solved, who will solve it, wait 1 week, 1 month to wait for a response from Answerly?
The 1-star rating is due to poor customer support, not because of the product.

I really thought this was it.

I really had high hopes for this. The team seemed great, responsive and enthusiastic - the product was really good although was lacking in some ways, that seemed easily fixable. But they basic things never got fixed and now it's degrated further into something that is absolutely unusable. The bots can not answer a single question correctly without messing something up and most of the knowledge it doesn't access, even if you give it the most basic of knowledge.

Huge disappointment and has giving me plenty of headaches, both from a developer standpoint and a customer standpoint. Spent countless hours trying to get the bot to not be retarded, in some cases i was successful - but it was like playing whack-a-mole. One thing fixed another thing went bust, and the basic never got better.
