Ok so I'll keep this real.
I bought a domain 10 years ago in Florida because I genuinely believed AI conversations were going to change how businesses talk to customers. I held onto that belief for a decade while running my agency in Bangladesh.
Answerly is the first tool that made me feel like ok, we're finally there.
I manage chatbot and marketing needs for multiple clients — fitness, dental, ecom, the works. I've tried so many chatbot tools I lost count. Most of them either look cheap, break under pressure, or the founders ghost you after the sale.

This one is different. The white label actually works. You can train it on your URLs and documents in minutes. The design customisation is proper, not just changing a colour and call it a day. And the support from Nevrie genuinely shocked me. She treated me like a person, not a license number.
Yeah you need your own OpenAI key, just so you know going in. Small thing, totally worth it.
If you're an agency owner, a freelancer, running an ecom store or any kind of service business, you need this. Your clients ask the same 30 questions every day. Let the bot handle it.

I have tried many chatbots for my website, but for one reason or another, I always let them pass. Some were not built well, and others, although well built, got me stuck at one point: The RAG mechanism was not well optimized, and it cost a lot in tokens for each conversation, so in the long term it became unsustainable and I had to refund those deals.

It was a sigh of relief to find Answerly. Their approach to RAG, as explained in their changelog, was a breath of fresh air. I tried it on their free plan, and the token cost dropped to less than one‑tenth of the other well‑built chatbot I had purchased but refunded a few months ago. Besides that, it scored well for me on almost every parameter. A few minor improvements would be nice, but they are not deal‑breakers, and the core of the platform is solid.

I approached it with trepidation initially because of my bad experiences with earlier chatbot softwares. Eventually, the platform was so good that I was convinced to purchase tier 3. I hope they keep updating themselves in the ever‑changing AI space, and I see no reason why this platform—or their other softwares—won’t become runaway successes.

This is my first review ever on AppSumo, but I just have to get this out of my system.

I’ve been using Answerly for about a year now, and I want to be very clear about one thing: the current product is not the same product it was before.

Fatos, the founder, explained that Answerly was rebuilt completely from the ground up, and I fully agree. This is not a minor update or a redesign. It’s a fundamentally new platform.

The difference is immediately noticeable. The chatbot is now extremely fast—responses feel almost instant—and the whole system is smooth, stable, and intuitive. Setup is super easy and very logical.

On top of that, the team has done a complete overhaul of their help documentation, and it’s genuinely excellent. Clear structure, practical explanations, and easy-to-follow guidance make onboarding straightforward, even for non-technical users. That combination—great product UX plus great documentation—is rare and makes a big difference.

I’ll be honest: early on, I was skeptical. Like many users, I bought this product at the very beginning of the AI wave, when it struggled while the rest of the market moved forward. Sticking with it required patience.

In hindsight, it paid off.

The current version of Answerly shows that the team made the hard but right decision: scrap what didn’t work and rebuild properly. That takes courage, and it clearly shows in the result.

If you bought a lifetime deal on AppSumo, I strongly recommend trying Answerly again. The product today is fast, modern, easy to use, and finally feels like a mature AI chatbot platform. If you missed out, they are offering a very affordable monthly subscription.

I very stupidly bought this product at the advent of AI, and even with all the improvements in AI Chat bots this company seems to have devolved back to the stone age while the whole world was improving. Not only has the company not improved in the last couple years with all the other companies, but the few functionalities that worked seemed to develop bugs as well. There is no excuse for this level of abject development.
