I'm evaluating Anychat and trying to configure AI auto-replies on WhatsApp and Messenger.
My current setup:
WhatsApp Business connected., Facebook Messenger connected., ChatFlow connected to both channels, AI Integration connected to my AI Assistant (BotDecor).,OpenAI API configured.
Messages arrive correctly in the Shared Inbox, New threads are created successfully.
However, the AI never replies automatically.
Also, when hovering over the Knowledge Base icon inside the inbox, it says:
"Knowledge base is not supported by channel."
I found your AppSumo answers where you mention that AI can automatically reply on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram using the Knowledge Base, so I think I'm probably missing one configuration step.
Could you please tell me what I'm missing or point me to the correct setup guide?
