Q: Can UI/UX improvements become a top priority for AnyChat?

Hi Andrew,

Many users keep asking about the AnyChat interface: how clean it feels, how easy it is for agents, and how well the widget matches their website branding. Since UI is often the first thing customers notice, even small friction can affect trust, adoption, and daily use.

AnyChat already has strong features, but a more polished, intuitive UI could make those features feel much more valuable. Are there plans to give UI/UX improvements higher priority in the roadmap, with the same deep care and attention you give to automation and integrations?
