I buy alot Chatbot and supportdesk at Appsumo like MyAlice, Desku ,
But i must said you are completed Soild products have all features .
but i have some question about feature :
- Chatbot : can we have chatbot for FB/IG DM/Viber also ? ETA time ?
- AI Assitant : can you expand list to Model of API of Claude/Germini/Deepseek/Grok ? i see have OpenRouter not sure about if can select model i want to work
- Integration : can you support Zalo personal by zalo login token , not mostly people have Zalo OA
- Support read .md file, it saved our token
- dont want to say, but alot ltd deal die that make many people stop buy ltd, whats happend if one day you can not make this app live ?

Chatbot - Yes, you can connect chatbots to any channel - FB DM, IG DM, Viber, Telegram, WeChat, Zalo - all of these are already supported. You can find the complete list of supported channels here https://docs.anychat.one/omnichannel-inbox/supported-channels. Unsupported channels include: "email", Facebook comments, and Instagram comments. Support for these channels will be implemented soon.
AI Assistant - You already can connect Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, OpenAI, and any other AI provider that supports OpenAI-like API.
Integration - we will check how to implement Zalo personal.
