Q: ChatFlow publicly reply to the comment and then send DM

Can a ChatFlow publicly reply to the comment (e.g. ‘Sent! Check your DMs’, with a few random variations) before the Comment-to-DM goes out? If not, is it on the roadmap and when?

Hello AnyChat team, Years ago I used BoldChat, which had a feature I found very useful: as an agent, I could see anonymous visitors browsing my website in real time. A visitor did not need to click a chat button or start a conversation first. From the operator dashboard, I could select a particular visitor and manually initiate a chat with them. A message/invitation would then appear to that visitor while they were browsing the site. If they ignored my first invitation but remained on the website, I could also manually send another invitation later. I am not asking about an automatic proactive message or a ChatFlow triggered after X seconds. I do not want any chat button visible on the website by default. Does AnyChat currently support this exact workflow for website visitors? Thank you!
When use Comment-to-DM automation feature and start with event trigger it asks for posts ID and this feature is not working. No DM is sending
Passkeys and hardware security keys, such as YubiKey.
I was just considering adding two more codes when I wanted to test the functionality of the chat widget. Did not reply at all, so something might not be working on the website.
