Q: Comment-to-DM

I want to use this primarily as a Comment-to-DM operation (instead of getting ManyChat) and I know this is a feature you recently rolled out Can you explain how your Comment-to-DM feature is different than many chat

Can the live chat integrations be filtered by department or brand?
Hello AnyChat team, Years ago I used BoldChat, which had a feature I found very useful: as an agent, I could see anonymous visitors browsing my website in real time. A visitor did not need to click a chat button or start a conversation first. From the operator dashboard, I could select a particular visitor and manually initiate a chat with them. A message/invitation would then appear to that visitor while they were browsing the site. If they ignored my first invitation but remained on the website, I could also manually send another invitation later. I am not asking about an automatic proactive message or a ChatFlow triggered after X seconds. I do not want any chat button visible on the website by default. Does AnyChat currently support this exact workflow for website visitors? Thank you!
Flow behaviour: 1. In a node waiting for a button reply, how can we catch free text and send the customer back to the AI node? 2. What triggers the AI node "request failed" port (timeout seconds, retries, provider error codes)? 3. On a new Telegram chat, "thread started" and /start both fire, so the welcome message is sent twice. What is the recommended setup? 4. Two quick customer messages make the AI reply take about 30 seconds. Is there message batching, and can it be configured? Google Sheets action: 1. Our Google Sheets integration stopped writing rows while still shown as connected; reconnecting fixed it. Is there a failed-request log or an alert? 2. Rows are written by column position and the header row is rewritten with our keys. Can the action match existing headers by name?
Sending images from a flow / AI node: 1. Can the Message node image/attachment use a variable URL, so the bot sends the picture itself? 2. On Messenger an image URL in the AI reply shows only as a link (Telegram shows a preview). Is there a supported way for the AI node to send an image on Messenger? Run action tokens: wrong timezone, "null" values, contact display name? Variables and tokens in Run actions: 1. Our workspace timezone is UTC+6:30, but {date}, {time}, {dateTime} in Run actions use UTC+02:00 and {timezone} shows "null". Is there a local-time token? 2. Is there a token for the contact's display name (Telegram / Messenger name), and a full list of available tokens? 3. Empty variables render as the text "null". Can they render as empty? 4. Are flow variables stored per contact or per thread?
