Q: Does AnyChat support Reply-To headers for website contact form emails?

I’d like to confirm how AnyChat handles the **Reply-To header on incoming emails**.
My website contact form sends messages to the helpdesk using a relay address.
Example:

**Customer fills out the form with:**
[email protected]

**The email received by the helpdesk is:**
From: [email protected]
Reply-To: [email protected]
To: [email protected]

The actual customer is **[email protected]**, not [email protected].

So when an agent clicks Reply inside AnyChat, the outgoing email should be:

From: [email protected]
To: [email protected]

and not:

From: [email protected]
To: [email protected]

Does AnyChat read the incoming email’s **Reply-To header** and use that address as the recipient when replying?
Ideally, it would also associate the email: [email protected] with the ticket.
