Q: Multi-Company Setup with Data Segregation in AnyChat

Hello, I have more than one business, and I would like to know if I can use AnyChat with a multi-company setup where each company does not see the information of another company and team members are also segregated. However, a team member can be part of more than one company. If possible, is Growth plan right for me?

Is the IMAP/SMTP integration fully implemented yet? I have a comment regarding the IMAP/SMTP integration. The password field remains visible even after saving the settings; one simply needs to click the 👁️ icon. I would suggest hiding the password after it has been entered and saved so that it cannot be read. This would also enhance security: if an unauthorized person gained access to the Anychat account, they would not be able to see the email password.

I’d like to confirm how AnyChat handles the **Reply-To header on incoming emails**. My website contact form sends messages to the helpdesk using a relay address. Example: **Customer fills out the form with:** [email protected] **The email received by the helpdesk is:** From: [email protected] Reply-To: [email protected] To: [email protected] The actual customer is **[email protected]**, not [email protected]. So when an agent clicks Reply inside AnyChat, the outgoing email should be: From: [email protected] To: [email protected] and not: From: [email protected] To: [email protected] Does AnyChat read the incoming email’s **Reply-To header** and use that address as the recipient when replying? Ideally, it would also associate the email: [email protected] with the ticket.
Hi - I'm wanting to switch back to Anychat from replient.ai - especially now that we can use comment-to-DM! However, it's proving difficult to set up, and I find the documentation particularly lacking. Example workflows for fairly simple and frequent setups seems essential - and where are the templates? That's one thing that makes so much sense about reliant.ai - it really comes to the user in a logical, useable format - even though Anychat has more functionalities that I would LOVE to use! Please help your customers with templates & sample workflows!
