Sorry if it’s explained sones here but i could not clarify.
On the starter plan, whats 1 inbox integration means? One inbox for several channel? So on the starter plan can i connect WhatsApp, instagram, etc?

This means you can connect 1 Facebook Page, 1 Instagram Account, 1 WhatsApp Number, etc... In the Advanced plan, you can connect 3x social/messenger accounts, and in the Growth plan, you can connect an unlimited number of social/messenger accounts.

Hi Andrew, can you clarify your answer: do you mean "1 Facebook Page [OR] 1 Instagram Account [OR] 1 WhatsApp Number, etc..."? Meaning you must choose ONE platform only, not all 3.
For example, I would like integrate ONE account from each of these platforms: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram. In that case, does the Starter package work? Or does it require Growth package? Thanks
You can have 1 account of each platform. 1 Facebook + 1 Instagram + 1 WhatsApp, etc...
