Q: During a Meta Campaign, the Ad´s images do not show up

During a Meta Campaign, the Ad´s images do not show up and I am not able to identify the ad from it.
Is there a misconfiguration of myself?

I am getting confused by the interface (I also read someone complaining about that and I agreed). I own two medical clinics with services completly different from each other. Should I get a different code or tier? Inbox means different companies and agents?
Hello AnyChat team, When I try to add a new channel, I receive an error message saying that “this authorization code has already been used.” This is correct, but the code was previously used with this same account when I initially signed up for the free trial, before purchasing the platform. Could you please help me resolve this issue? At the moment, this problem is preventing me from connecting my main channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and Messenger. I would really appreciate your assistance, as I would like to start using the platform and properly connect these channels. I look forward to your guidance. Best regards, Luis
Hi! I have a question about the live chat feature. Does AnyChat provide a standalone/hosted chat page or chat URL for customers, similar to Tawk.to's direct chat link? Instead of keeping the AnyChat widget permanently loaded on my website, I would prefer to have a “Live Chat” button or link on my website. When a customer clicks it, they would be redirected to a separate AnyChat-hosted chat page where they can start a conversation. I would still like to manage and reply to all conversations from the AnyChat dashboard/unified inbox. Is this setup currently possible with AnyChat?
Hi Andrew, I'm considering purchasing the $147 Growth Lifetime plan. My intended setup is Airtable + Make + AnyChat + the official WhatsApp Cloud API, using several WhatsApp Business numbers. Before purchasing, could you please confirm two things? 1) If Make sends WhatsApp template messages directly through Meta Cloud API, will these outgoing messages automatically appear in the corresponding conversations in the AnyChat shared inbox? 2) Alternatively, can Make send approved WhatsApp template messages through the AnyChat REST API, so that both outgoing messages and customer replies appear in the same conversation? If the second option is supported, could you please share the relevant API documentation and confirm that it's included in the $147 Growth Lifetime plan without additional AnyChat fees? Thank you!
