before buying Tier 3: 1. “Can I invite clients as agents and restrict each one to only their own workspace, channels, and conversations? 2. Can a chatflow trigger when an incoming message contains a specified word or phrase, and can each client configure those triggers themselves?” Tier 3’s unlimited workspaces and 25 agents look attractive for an agency setup, but the access controls are the key thing to verify. i searched the Q&A here and also yur own website, but sadly i can't find the answers to those simple questions
Why can´t I foward any message? There is a configuration for it?
I want to use this primarily as a Comment-to-DM operation (instead of getting ManyChat) and I know this is a feature you recently rolled out Can you explain how your Comment-to-DM feature is different than many chat
Can the live chat integrations be filtered by department or brand?
Hello AnyChat team, Years ago I used BoldChat, which had a feature I found very useful: as an agent, I could see anonymous visitors browsing my website in real time. A visitor did not need to click a chat button or start a conversation first. From the operator dashboard, I could select a particular visitor and manually initiate a chat with them. A message/invitation would then appear to that visitor while they were browsing the site. If they ignored my first invitation but remained on the website, I could also manually send another invitation later. I am not asking about an automatic proactive message or a ChatFlow triggered after X seconds. I do not want any chat button visible on the website by default. Does AnyChat currently support this exact workflow for website visitors? Thank you!
