Can your API integrate with external SaaS software to automatically send personalised WhatsApp notifications triggered by events (e.g. new reviews, daily updates and approval requests)?

Can incoming WhatsApp replies be sent back to our software via webhooks to trigger actions, such as approving content or requesting changes?

Is all this functionality included in the $49 Starter lifetime plan, and can we use it without our own Meta API approval?
